LIED... LEFT BUBBLES ON TINTS

my name is steven from queens. well i need my car tints to be done fast so i went to 2 hour glass n tiniting. before i went i gave them a call and they said it would cost me 150 but when i went in they some how charged me 30 dollars more because i wanted 20 percent on the back windows so he charged 180 dropped it a little after negotiation but was still to high. well 3 hours later my tints were done.. seemed fine but noticed alot of small bubbles on the tints on every single window so i was pissed because for that price i could of gone to a place were they do computer cuts and wont leave anytype of bubbles. i wouldnt reccomend this place to anyone getting tints please listen and you wont regret it. PLUS they are lying about the year they opened infront of the store it says 1988 and online and there website it says 1987. I did some investigation and found out they opened about 5 years ago. the reason they put 1987 is so customers feel more secure when getting there warranty so people know they have been there for a long time.

Awful Service and Inefficient

We went to this place and were given once price quote received another We were told it was going to take 20 minutes it took 3 hours and they couldn't fix the glass properly. We were lied to about what kind of glass we were getting and the price of the glass. We went to Joe's on 7th avenue and 19th street it was half the price and finished in 20 mins and they fixed the window properly.

CAR HAD A WINDOW MOTOR PROBLEM , WINDOW BROKE BECAUSE A BICYCLE HIT DOOR , CUSTOMER TOLD ME PERSONALLY, EXPLAINED TO CUSTOMER NEEDED MORE TIME TO RESOLVE PROBLEM , BESIDES HER COMING 2 HOURS LATE FOR HER APPOINTMENT , SHE CAME IN VERY NASTY , WITH AN ATTITUDE. They get the job done

I discovered the passenger side window of my Mini had been smashed on Sunday. I called the guys at 2 Hour Auto Glass. The shop was closed but since they were in the area, they opened it for me to drop my car off so I wouldn't have to pay for a garage overnight. They were able to order the original glass and have the car to me in time for an important trip on Tuesday.

I would highly recommend using 2 Hour Auto Glass.

GREAT Service

Barry, the office manager handled everything from contacting my insurance company to giving me the time I had to arrive. The work was done in one hour ... not 2.... and a super job too replacing my cracked front windshield. All I had to do was present my insurance card and they took care of the rest.

I highly recommend them and their my auto glass people from now on.

THESE GUYS ARE GREAT !! JOE IS A GENTLEMAN AND SO IS BARRY. I NEEDED AN ELECTRIC ANTENNA MOUNT FOR MY CAR AND INSTALLATION. THEY HAD THE PART AND IT ONLY TOOK ABOUT 20 MINUTES TO GET IT DONE ! GREAT PRICE TOO. USE THESE GUYS FOR AUTO GLASS, RADIOS, ANTENNAS, ETC. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. I AM GOING BACK TO THEM FOR WINDOW TINTING.

Most Efficient Auto Glass Replacement Ever!

My boyfriend's van got smashed by some dude and l tried to help him locate a local Auto Glass service in Brooklyn since he was already frustrated talking to the insurance people on the phone all day. Two Hour Auto Glass has great service, Joe is the man in the house and make sure you give him a call before you get there to see if he has the glass for your car on hand. Lucky us, they had a glass for the van and the whole replacement job was about 1 hour and 20 minutes. (yes, I timed it) The guy who did the replacement was really nice and vacuumed the van for us. (there were still glass all over the seats when we got there)

I've never wrote any review online before but felt someone will need the info just like me. So, my advise is - "try" to park your car in a safe neighborhood, call your insurance company and get a claim# if your car got smashed, call service place to make sure they have the glass you need.

Bad things happen but it makes a difference if you know how to handle it efficiently!
