Great body shop

My Name is Anatoliy and I am a customer of Brighton Collision Inc. I brought my car to a John place. I have never heard about his shop before. My friends recommend me to bring my car to his shop. My car had a big damage in a back side. I was hesitated and also scare how my car will be look like after when they repair. If you don't know exact place you shouldn't go, but I accept my friends recommendation and brought it.

Finally, I got my car after 3 weeks. They did excellent job, people were also great and polite. Now, my car looks like a brand new car .

Excellent Body Shop

This is an excellent body shop. Just look around and see that all of its clients are Mercedes and Lexuses. If you think it takes a long time to have your vehicle fixed, it is probably no worse that anywhere else. Also, look around again - it is a very busy place. Prices are quite normal if not a little better. For those who do not think so, once again look around - body work is not cheap. Also, for those who think the staff is rude, - Hey this is Brooklyn! If you treat them with respect, you will probably be treated with respect yourself. By the way, John, the owner is an "easy-going gentleman. I have used this shop on several occasions and find it to be my kind of body shop. - Good work and honest.

What The Hell ???

My Name is Natalie and I am a customer of Brighton Collision because my car was towed to them when I had an accident. I do not know them nor did I know them before... First thing I want to say is who ever wrote the other 2 posts must be crazy because I was treated with much respect, my car was done on time and to perfection. They stand by their work 100% and it was made very clear to me that I can come back any time for any reason if there was additional problems...(which to date there have been none).

Seems to me that some one on here is just lying or went to the wrong place.. There is no way the staff treated anyone like these other posts say. I have also sent 2 of my friends there to have their cars repaired and they have both thanked me for the recomendation.

If you want to ruin your car

The worst body shop. It took them a month to repair my car. Even though, they did very bad job. The door and hood are not closing properly, I would never recomend this body shop to anyone.

Don't Go to Brighton Collision Incorporated

Not only are the employees absolutely rude, but the business as a whole has no scrupulous. They, like many other repair shops, are in the business of ripping customers off. It is amazing how they are still in business. But nothing good happens to people who manage their business with no ethics and no morals.

terrible service

Was told the place was good but through my mistake by almost taking my vehicle there

luckily i removed it in time people were very rude only one nice person whom i believe either works there or maybe manager anyway i wouldnt recommend to anyone
