Great Service and Great Prices

I only visited a few salons and this was the second salon I visited. Among the others were RK bridal in the city, felt like I was on an assembly line/sweatshop, Angel's bridal in SI..overpriced and pushy, Lotus Brial, rude and pushy and Valentina's was the second place I visited. I am all about customer service and all the bridal consultants and the owenrs are nice, down to earth people. The dress I chose was cheaper then discount places like RK bridal and the service I got was great. Not pushy at all and they listen to what you tell them. Alterations are included in the price and I got my BP dresses from there too. I highly recommend this place for bridal gowns and BP dresses.

Life Saver!

I rarely waste my time writing reviews but I have to credit Valentina Bridal for keeping me sane and basically saving my wedding! You see, I ordered my 6 bridesmaids dresses from another neighborhood salon. BIG MISTAKE! (Do not use Maid to order even if your life depends on it!) Of course even after I ordered the dresses almost a year in advance, the owner made up some excuse about not being able to get the dresses. This was 3 months before my wedding. I called up Valentina bridal in near tears. They were so helpful, understanding and accomadating. I went there first thing the following day and ordered the dresses (didnt even need a rush!) They guarenteed me they would be in by OCT.10th for my Nov. 14th wedding and guess what... I got a call on the 8th that they had the dresses!! Huge sigh of relief! My girls are in the process of getting their fitting now and I'm sure my wedding will be perfect! Thank you so much to Valentina bridal and especially Daniela for helping me out!!
- Pros: Staff is easy to work with and you'll get your dresses on time. What more is there?
- Cons: a little pricier than that other store but well worth it!! You will end up paying it in the end anyway!
