Towed from Belt parkway on 08/29 to BP fueling station In Bayridge...Mike with a unique accent is a Rock Star technician!!!! Use to take my VW to the dealer, wow I wish I'd found Mike sooner, such a pleasant surprise. Top notch service, way less than the dealer, my car is always done in a reasonable time period , and yes the man himself is a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended, ,

Last snow storm NY had around March 1 my daughter and her two kids were strangled with a flat tire at one of BP's Brooklyn location ( verrazano auto repair) around 11pm. with his civilian clothes owner Mike went out of his way to help my grandkids and their mother.

As a greatly apriciated father and a grand father i would like to thank BP for having a great location operated by great gentelman like Mike.

I wanted you to know what a great job Mike and his staff did handling my repair service. I can tell he has an extremely busy position and that made it all the more amazing to me. He remained calm at all times and appeared to accomplish his task .I was in the location several times and his entire team was very pleasant to work with, from gas attendents up front to Perry and David at the shop. I encountered a few delays in the repair work but Mike was on top of it and kindly called me each time to explain. It?s no fun facing with a vehicle taht doesn't run, but your team really did a great job of making the transaction go smoothly. My compliments go out to all of you.

The Owner Mike was not only accurate in diagnosing ( and he made no promises), the cost was reasonable and the job was carried out exactly as he said. He kept me informed and I felt that he was indeed a very honest person.

Verrazano Service is AMAZING! I am a young woman and hate it when mechanics treat me like an idiot who knows nothing about cars or try to rip me off, etc. Mike is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff who always include me in the process, give fair estimates, are able to quickly diagnose the problem, do good and timely work, and have a few extras thrown in that make you feel like you're getting great customer service and good value for your money. I would HIGHLY recommend that you take your business there if you live in the Bayridge area. You won't be sorry....

Great Repair shop to get car fixes: I will like to state Mike's auto repair is the best around Brooklyn to get repair works. Mike has been very friendly and is best around the prices for repair works. Timely delivery and professional workmanship. Others quoted $1300 plus, but repaired my 2003 BMW with less than $700.. now my car works fine and is in great shape. Will like to recommend to my friends circle to get repairs done at Mike's Thanks Again

I have taken my car to Mike coicidently and have been extremely satisfied with the service. The customer service I have received from this guy has exceeded my expectations and I have been very happy with the service, and the quality of help. He has taken the time to explain problems with my car and exactly what he can and will do to fix them. My vehicle has been in for service several times now, and each time I leave feeling that I am driving a much safer vehicle. I would recommend BP to anyone because of the pleasant experiences I have had there. Thank you Mike for all of your help....my family and I both appreciate it!
