Great party selection

I have been to this store a few times over the past 9yrs. I must say the customer service is horrible. I had to ask for help and there were two workers just standing there chatting as if they were hanging out. on another occasion I ordered ribbon and they put the wrong date, so I re ordered them and when I picked them up they tried to give me the same ribbons that had the wrong date. I love the stuff they have at the store its the bad service that will keep me away.

Was there shopping for my daughters party after I had tried several other stores. the staff there was very helpful finding the pattern I was looking for and matching all the decorations as well as mylar balloons. I look forward to returning to shop for my sons birthday party.
