Excellent Service!

I’ve been a customer since 2003 - I would not even think about going anywhere else. The major reason is that at Direct Drive Diagnostic Center you will get honest answers whether you need to repair something on your car or leave it as it is. On several occasions I was ready to repair something just because somebody else told me to; however Naum, the owner of the shop, told me not to do it because it would be a waste of money. Every time he was absolutely right! And, of course they are professionals - everything that they fixed never needed to be repaired again. Do not waist your money and time anywhere else. Thanks for the years of excellent service. Highly recommended!

STOP YOUR SEARCH FOR THE PERFECT MECHANIC!

I have been a car owner for 15 years and I have never met a mechanic like this. My first time there and I felt like family. I never once questioned whether or not I was being taken care of in an honest and upfront way. Please give this wonderful place your business. You will NOT regret it!

Direct Drive is the Best!!!!!

Thank you sooo much Direct Drive, The work that u and your guys did on my 1998 Dodge Caravan was very good. U kept me in the loop as to what was wrong and what needed to be fix. i will definitely be back.

One of the best car repair services I met.

I tried this center the first time: the car needed an emergency service (the message "Service the engine soon" flashed and it was a problem to drive the car far to my usual repair center).

We got a fast and clear computer diagnosis and repair. The prices were reasonable. The job was completed quickly. I was impressed with the level of competence and nice and clear job done.

Great Mechanic

I took my 2000 Grand Marquis to this shop which was recommended by a freind for an electrical problem that the dealer's service could not find Naum found it within 2 minutes and replaced the part costing me much less than the dealer had told me it would probably be. I have used Naum since then 3 more times. Great Mechanic great personality great service...

Great experience!

I searched Internet for a good auto body shop in Brooklyn, and I found this place with ten good reviews. I decided to give it a try. I am so glad for this decision! the owner Nakhman is such a nice person, he is very honest and friendly. he called the dealer and told us that by showing his name card to the dealer, we can get a discount price for the parts we needed. we went to the dealer, and we did get the parts with a much lower price than the retailed price we usually paid for! we are so happy for that!

Highly recommend this place!

I came in not knowing what was broken. they inspected my van and told me exactly what was wrong and fixed it in no time. Tune-ups. very reasonable prices, friendly staff! also a body shop too and i got my glass replaced in the same visit. i recommend 100%.

Great Mechanic!

I've been taking my VW Passat to Naum and his crew for over two years now and feel I have made new friends! These guys are so friendly and helpful. They take time to explain the problem and tell you what needs to happen to fix it. Naum just doesn't just call up the dealer if your car needs a new part, he'll call all all around to find the cheapest price possible. They get the work done in a timely manner and even give rides to and from the shop. Naum is a great guy and Direct Drive is your best bet!
