amazing value, surprised gentrification hasn't taken this over yet

i moved from Kansas to new york 3 months ago and ended up in flatbush gardens. a lot of my friends were skeptical, but i've felt very welcomed into a warm community so far. the apartment itself is gorgeous, the security and maintenance staff have been great!!! as far as i'm concered, rent prices everywhere else are a total rip off. i don't understand why everyone doesn't move here!
