The one and only pizzeria worth going to in Brooklyn Heights
by DeanRainey9 at Citysearch
The only pizzeria in the neighborhood in my opinion.
Patsy's/Grimaldis is over hyped and over priced.
Fascati is a Brooklyn Heights staple. One of the oldest businesses in the neighborhood (a long with Mr. Video on Clark St.) that still contribute and are esponsible for keeping that old school feel of a community to the area.
This is an old school type of pizzeria so don't expect to be able to get crazy toppings on your slices or pies.
The pizza is delicious of course, and their other hot dishes are excellent as well (love the stuffed shells!).
And their calzones are fantastic!
The service is fast and friendly (Jeff and Mike are great!) and it is always a pleasure to go in there.
I have been going to Fascati's for over 20 years and hope to be going there for 20 more!
Thanks, Fascati!
Fantastic Pizza, must try this place when in Brooklyn Heights!

We love the pizza here, especially the slices of white pizza. Staff is courteous and the food is amazing. There are just a few tables inside for sitting but they clear somewhat quick as there is a steady turn around.
- Pros: excellent taste and spices in pizza
- Cons: small seating area
Best Pizza Bar None

This place makes the best pizza. While we very much like Grimaldi's, which is close by to where we live, Fascati's is still our favorite pizza. The price, too, is right, and if you want, you can buy it by the slice. August is always a tough month as that's when Fascati closes for vacation. But then September comes and we can once again satisfy our Fascati jones!
- Pros: The best pizza, crust just right and lots of cheese, the wonderful owner
- Cons: A danger to all weight-loss programs (hard to eat just one slice)
Best Pizza I've ever had
by zebrok at Citysearch
I eat pizza at least 6 times a week. I've tried out a hundred or so pizza joints in the 5 boroughs. I've been eating Fascati's pizza since I was 5 and its the only place I'll go out of my way for. Because I grew up on it you may think I am biased, that my taste for pizza was molded by Fascati's. Fascati's pizza was not my first pizza, nor did they deliver to my home when I was growing up so it wasn't that easy to get but it was the only one I begged for. I won't try to describe the pizza because I can't define heaven but yes it is thin crust, but not paper thin (the cardboard line from above is laughable). They dont use a ton of sauce or cheese like many other places. They have simply found the perfect balance.
- Pros: The Best Pizza
- Cons: Small Shop
Pizza, Subs, Sausage Rolls and More!

I have been going to Fascati's pizza since I have been able to eat solid food and have never found a slice of pizza I like more. The only thing better than the pizza (if possible), are the meatball and the eggplant parm heros. Every time I come back home, my first meal is always at Fascati's. They are the best!
Everyone there is nice and the food is CHEAP (especially the dinners). Everyone I have ever taken there swears by it - try it!
- Pros: Great Pizza, Cheap, Good Service
Neighborhood Best!

Lifelong LOVE

I grew up on Fascatis pizza. From when I was old enough to eat pizza up until now, it has been my favorite pizza. I compare all pizza to fascatis which, for a pizza lover like me, leaves me frequently disappointed. If Fascatis ever closes I don't know what I will do!
- Pros: inexpensive, delicious
