STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRIMADONNA

While you may or may not like or appreciate the 'design' work of Chris Coleman, don't think - even for a second - about doing actual BUSINESS with this guy.

He is arrogant & ego-driven and makes business decisions based not on actual legal / economic / commercial considerations but rather on whether or not you have adequately coddled his trumped-up ego and primadonna diva sense of self-grandeur.

Advice from a fellow New York home-owner: Stay away.
