I joined like 5 years ago, I was totally lost about the industry even though I had great training at NYU. They offer unlimited help with headshots, resumes, type unlimited cover letters for you (you can schedule free appointments whenever you like to strategize, create a plan-of-attack...), there's FREE rehearsal space with piano rooms & cameras (and you can bring a guest), the classes are all taught by casting directors, so you can figure out how to improve your auditions.... Some classmates are in Broadway shows or contract roles in soaps: others are just out of theatre school. There are $12 workshops with casting directors, networking/career strategy events, AMAZING trips to LA or NY to figure out the market & if you want to move. Awesome resource.
