These guys are good!

Sam was attentive, fast, and honest when I brought my 2010 Mercedes C300 in for an estimate. My hood was damaged from a large vehicle backing into it when I was parked in my neighborhood. He gave me 2 options, and detailed the pros and cons of both. His team fixed it in a few days for a good price. I'm still amazed at how he did it! They are true artisans. I can't see any hint of damage or work done, especially on a black car with a large shiny curved angled hood. The car was back to me washed and cleaned when they said it would be. Looks better than it ever did now!

I'm relieved knowing I have a place to bring my car if something else happens to it while parked on the streets in NYC.

DOES WHAT HE SAYS HE WILL DO

After carefully reading the reviews left here about Sam's Auto Body Shop, I decided to take my chance with him. I brought my 1992 Acura Integra to them to get a front bumper replaced. He promised that he would remove a bump on the passenger rear side for me, and replaced one of the front lights with another one that I brought with me FOR FREE. The work was done in timely fashion. I went to pick up the car. I was scared not knowing what to expect. He, and his crew, did a great job. I was very please. The car finally looks like when I first got it. The people there are very nice which is A+. They don't make you feel uncomfortable or want to get rid of you. They make you feel please to come back again.

Great auto body in Brooklyn

I have a 1982 Fiat Spider that needed some body work and paint and brought it to Sam's. I immediately felt that Sam understood what needed to be done and the best way to do it. He gave me a fair price and then performed all the work we'd discussed on time and well. In fact, Sam did many extra things -- not because we'd discussed them -- but because he saw they needed doing, and at no extra cost. I found Sam to be a real craftsman who cared about his work. And he's a nice guy on top of that. I would recommend him to anyone. Stephen

Sam's Auto Body in Brooklyn ROCKS !!!

What can I say when it comes to Auto repair Sam and his crew are Gods, the quality if work is in my opinion

better than factory new. Sam is the kind of business man that puts his own personel seal on all the work that is done (meaning he's on top of everything) he takes personel pride in every job that comes in and

you never have to wait long to get your vehicle back.

Sams is like a fine tuned machine that never stops running. Sam is a Car Doctor, like a regular MD

he's the kind you feel good about and stay with forever.

Best Shop Period!!! No other place like it!

Took my car in, Sam took care of me personally. Got it fix for $1,000 less than what I was expected (and quoted at other place). Got the car back in flawless condition in 2 days (over an weekend!!) Again, Sam took care of me personally when I was there to get the car. fix thing up that he really didn't have to and didn't charge me a dime for it. I'm buying the guy a Blue Label to thank him. There are many reasons why his business does so well, but this have to be the one - Honesty.

Only honest shop in NY!

I took my car to Sam's upon the recommendation of a friend who has purchased cars from Sam for 15 years. I had my exhaust fixed and my rear trunk lock replaced on two different visits. Each time Sam refused to do work I didn't need- an excellent indication of honesty. The work was done on time and correctly. They moved to DUMBO fairly recently, after being located in the East Village for years.

Sam's Rules the WORLD!!!!

These guys fixed my Yugo (1984) in about 2 hours and the costs were very reasonable. I would use Sam's in a flash next time my Yugo breaks down.... Thanks SAM!

Best Auto Body Repair in Brooklyn, maybe even NYC!

What an excellent auto body experience! I picked up my car at Sam's Auto Body. I had almost totaled my very expensive car. James was terrific. He promised to have it done in 3-4 weeks and it got done sooner, no problems, he handled the insurance co. and the adjusters. My car is showroom new!! And James even touched up some dings not related to my accident. I will recommend James, his workers and Sam's Auto Body of Brooklyn, NY to everybody!

Great work Excellent Highly Recommend

After researching a few companies online I came across these guys that were very understanding from the beginning. What you get is straight honest advice. I worked with Sam the owner. Instead of replacing my rear bumper on my MB CLS500 it was completely repaired while the other body shops insisted that it needed to be replaced. At a cost of atleast $1200 for a new bumper it was repaired for a fraction of that. The quality of the paint job was clean and like new. The doors and fenders came out great. My car was vaccumed and washed right before pickup. The shop has quite a few cars and they do business with several new car dealerships as well. Note they moved recently and are now located adjacent to the Brooklyn Bridge in Brooklyn.
