Crosby Not Honoroing Tours

I booked 2 day trips with Crosby Tours. The first one they called and cancelled. Did not receive my money back. The second one they never bothered to call and left us waiting over an hour for a bus that never came.

Still have not received any credits back on my charge and they do not answer the phone.

Beware of this company!

Crosby Nightmare Tour!

I wish there was a way to leave a minus star. I bought tickets for a family getaway to pennsylvania and we never got to getaway. First, the bus that initially picked us up broke down. Ok, you would think "this things happen and what are the chances it will happen again". What do you think happened after we waited for 2 hours and the second bus came to pick us up? Yes, you guessed it, it coincidently broke down too. Wouldn't you know it, by the time the third bus came it was too late and not worth the trip so they decided to take us back to the original pickup area. Before heading back, the tour guide told us that the company was treating us to lunch/dinner. Before you get too excited, they didn't actually pay for the meal. The tour guide "promised" us that we would be reimbursed for our meal. What do you think the chances are that they are actually going to keep that promise? After reading all the reviews, the bus scam doesn't seem to be anything new. Let's see, there were 56 people in the bus so that was a very profitable con for them. Since August, I have not seen a dime. I have called and emailed them several times with false promises. I contacted BBB and my credit card company to get my money back. I know that the chances of getting my money back are slim but I'm doing this for the 55 other people on the bus. I won't go into detail but there were alot of elderly passengers on this trip. Even in the NY1 report it was an elderly person that was scammed. It seems like Crosby tours chooses to con the elderly knowing that they are the least likely to file a complaint. Even though I am not what you would consider elderly, the trip was more for my mom and leaning towards an older crowd. I hope that somebody is fighting for them.
