Incredible agent

Ideal Properties' agent Iman displayed an enormous amount of energy in showing us apartments in Park Slope and Gowanus - never once pressuring us, or showing us spaces outside our target price range or desired neighborhoods. Iman was instrumental in helping us determine how much we should offer (realistically) to the landlord whose apartment we were considering renting. His knowledge of the market is profound, and he navigated us smoothly through the application process, all the way to the lease signing. We felt confident that our decision was the right one… every step of the way! I just realized I posted our praise of Mr. Inde at Ideal Properties' other office - but he's more than worth both... With Iman, you're in the right hands.

Responsive, organized and caring!

Ideal’s agent Shalhevet represented us in a leasing transaction. Working with her, it was apparent that she understood not only the intricacies of the local commercial market, but also the dynamics that leasing a storefront has on a business owner. Me and my partner were always able to get a hold of Shali, and were thankful for accurate and prompt responses to our many questions. Shali’s patience and hands-on involvement allowed us to close a very successful deal in a really short amount of time. Thanks to Shali, from beginning to end, my business partner and I were comfortable with the process and the remarkable end-result!

Best broker ever........!!!!!!

Andrew from Ideal was very helpful in finding us just the right apartment in Carroll Gardens. We told him what we were looking for, and that’s exactly what he found us. I mean, it was supposed to be frustrating and complicated…! But thanks to Andrew, our search turned out to be anything but.

Ideal ended my year-long search...

... for the right space for my new bar! Thanks to Maria my architect can finally put in motion our long-discussed plan. Maria was relentless - working with the landlord's attorney, and mine. Whenever the negotiations stalled, Maria put fire under all of us. Ideal's support personnel was always available and prompt. Thank you! My search is finally over. I'd use Ideal's services any time.

Fantastic service - great, hyperactive team

It took me and my partner a while to find a new space for our commercial venture. We worked with Ideal's two top commercial leasing agents, and it was a pleasure. They were brimming with ideas and helped us negotiate a difficult lease. If there wasn't for the leader of the team, we would have never had the meeting of minds with our new landlord (who by the way is a great guy!) Brooklyn, here we come! Bakeries will not be the same in this borough after we implement our business plan......................
