I am so happy with this company, I am actually writing my first review ever. The people in the company really “get it”. From my first telephone call, I was treated courteously by a REAL HUMAN BEING. I expected an answering machine or voice mail, or a telephone tree, “push 1, push 2, etc….” Not here. I wanted someone to come to help me with my “emergency”. Our Business has many users and our email was down. The IT Computer Support Technician showed up, when promised. He was very professional, listened to us, and then identified the problem. It turned out to be a failure with our provider. The support technician gathered the appropriate information from my administrative staff, made the appropriate calls to the provider (and dealt with their phone trees, and wouldn’t take “no” for an answer from them), reached their technical department and spoke “tech to tech” with their technicians. I even got a follow-up call the next day to make sure everything was still running correctly. It’s wonderful to deal with a company that knows its business and respects me. I will not hesitate to call them again.

I recently went from a pure mail order catalogue seller to having an online presence. The changeover has been quite a strain on everyone here and early on we felt rather lost in the number of options. Between network and server operations I was lost. I called IT tech support of new York not knowing quite what to expect and they really helped my business sort though some of the early transition problems. Their staff of tech and support people were polite and accommodating to someone who was really new to the whole thing. Currently my business is seeing more customers than I’ve seen in years. Recommended.

My company started 26 years ago in a garage with one truck. My distribution company now has 48 remote sites around the United States and a fleet of over 100 trucks. Looking over the past IT Computer Support has been an instrumental partner in assisting me in growing my business. They provided me with forward looking, and budgetable computer support, advice and growth path. They wrote specifications, evaluated and advised on bids for outsourcing aspects of our business and provided excellent project management. They keep our entire organization well maintained and with their monitoring and managed services we’ve Not seen problems, because they knew about them and fixed them before they affected our business. They are very responsive to our requests and have always been there when we need them. ITCSNY recently approached me about methods to get free advertising! Of course I went with their suggestions, and now our company appears on the first page of all the major indexes and search engines, without paying google or yahoo for a sponsored link. I wish my other vendors were as competent, quick to respond and easy to deal with as ITCSNY. This is a company with old-fashioned values that understands service. They want us to succeed and they provide value everytime we talk to them.
