Breaks down the law in layman's terms

The whole process began about a year ago. Searching for an attorney for our coop purchase. We had no idea what we were getting into, but read the reviews here on Citysearch and we felt pretty confident with Daniel Gershburg, in type. Once speaking with Daniel over the phone for the first time I knew that he was going to "make it happen" for us. He came across as being confident and knowledgeable. As we got closer to actually purchasing the coop it was clear that Daniel knew what to expect and assisted my wife and I in taking the necessary steps. All throughout the process, he was always available, whether it be email, office phone, or mobile phone. He always returned a call if he was not available. He is very humble, understanding, and patient, especially with us being first-time buyers. He also is our first and hopefully last attorney we will choose to represent us in any case. The right choice when buying a home

We recently bought our first home in Queens with Daniel as our lawyer. It was our first major purchase of any kind, so we obviously had a lot of questions. Add to that the fact that the sellers did not want to use real estate agents, and Daniel had a lot to deal with it. He took care of everything for us, especially answering our numerous questions at any time of the day. When we buy our next place, Daniel will be with us again.

WHAT A GREAT LAWYER!!!!!!!!!!

He was very understanding and made it more comfortable to deal with something like bankruptcy. It was my last choice to file bankruptcy because there was nothing else I could do. He was there every step of the way. Even when I had so many questions he would answer every one of them. He made you feel like he was there for you in your time of need. Attentive, Intelligent and Accessible Attorney

In preparation for buying my first home, the first thing my mom advised me to do was due diligence in find a great real estate lawyer. Now mind you, I have a lot of friends in Law and I used to work for the NYC Bar Association so I had a sense of what kind of lawyers were available out there and my expectations were set very high. Daniel Gershburg exceeded all my expectations! He was accessible, patient and understanding about my nerves buying my first home. He reviewed the contract and explained the situation and was there to deal with the Sponsors attorney so that I incurred as little stress as possible. At my closing there was a slight glitch (to no fault of Daniel's) and he knew exactly how to take care of it without missing a beat. Heck yes, I would recommend him to my friends.

bankruptcy lawyer,the best

When I filed for bankruptcy i was nervous ,the minute i heard Mr Gersburg speak I was put at ease. talk about a guy who knows what he is doing. I was surprised at how fast he was, usually you have to call the lawyers, how surprised I was when he contacted me and getting through to him was a piece of cake I tell you one thing if you need a bankruptcy lawyer he's your guy .He made the hardest thing I had to do ,easier .

If any body I know needs a great lawyer I would definitely refer him
