The right choice when buying a home

We recently bought our first home in Queens with Daniel as our lawyer. It was our first major purchase of any kind, so we obviously had a lot of questions. Add to that the fact that the sellers did not want to use real estate agents, and Daniel had a lot to deal with it. He took care of everything for us, especially answering our numerous questions at any time of the day. When we buy our next place, Daniel will be with us again.

He was very understanding and made it more comfortable to deal with something like bankruptcy. It was my last choice to file bankruptcy because there was nothing else I could do. He was there every step of the way. Even when I had so many questions he would answer every one of them. He made you feel like he was there for you in your time of need. I would definatly refer him to all of my friends and family. Daniel YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In preparation for buying my first home, the first thing my mom advised me to do was due diligence in find a great real estate lawyer. Now mind you, I have a lot of friends in Law and I used to work for the NYC Bar Association so I had a sense of what kind of lawyers were available out there and my expectations were set very high. Daniel Gershburg exceeded all my expectations! He was accessible, patient and understanding about my nerves buying my first home. He reviewed the contract and explained the situation and was there to deal with the Sponsors attorney so that I incurred as little stress as possible. At my closing there was a slight glitch (to no fault of Daniel's) and he knew exactly how to take care of it without missing a beat. Heck yes, I would recommend him to my friends.

When I filed for bankruptcy i was nervous ,the minute i heard Mr Gersburg speak I was put at ease. talk about a guy who knows what he is doing. I was surprised at how fast he was, usually you have to call the lawyers, how surprised I was when he contacted me and getting through to him was a piece of cake I tell you one thing if you need a bankruptcy lawyer he's your guy .He made the hardest thing I had to do ,easier .
If any body I know needs a great lawyer I would definitely refer him

As first time home buyers, my fiancee and I were very apprehensive about how complicated the process would be, especially since we did not use a broker. Also, we did not have personal connections or someone to recommend a good lawyer so we began looking here on CitySearch. I came upon Daniel?s info and just basically took a chance ? we?re glad we did. Daniel?s accessibility was the key to easing the stress. I initially called him quite a few times on his cell, but I gradually grew to relax and trust that the process was being taken care of properly. It helped that he never failed to quickly return an email or call when I didn?t reach him directly. It all went relatively smooth and I?m happy to report that we?re in our big new home. Danel, made me feel at ease the moment he spoke. I was very nervus. He knoew what to do in my situation. Bankuptceey was sumthing i dreded but danel expalined and showed me that life goes on and 7 years things will go to normal. theings hare as he seys and I feel like weght has been lefted. What a terrific attorney! As a first time home buyer, I knew nothing of the process involved. Daniel was not only refreshingly professional, but thorough and incredibly responsive - no call or e-mail was left unanswered. Given the difficulty in navigating the real estate world, Daniel made sure I understood everything and that all parties involved were on top of their game. It would be a perfect world if all attorneys were as clear, concise and dedicated to their work as Daniel Gershburg. I would recommend his services to any one looking for a solid real estate attorney. A++

Daniel Gershburg, Esq PC Attorney At Law, handle my case very well. Dan was very affable as soon as my wife and I walked into his congenial office. Don't let his youth fool you. He has a plethora of experience. I owed The Board of Education a prodigious student loan, and they did not want to comprise at all. For many years, I let this loan drag due to the fact that I did not have a lawyer by my side. He negotiated well on my behalf. Dan will be our lawyer for our future needs. His fees are reasonable and nominal. There are good lawyers, there are better lawyers, but there is the best: Daniel Gershburg.

Daniel is a great attorney! He is very responsive to questions, friendly and helpful. As a fist time home buyer and a foreign national, I didn't quite know how the whole ordeal would work out and the amount of work that it would actually involve. Daniel has been very supportive through the ups and downs (mostly downs) of the process up until the closing and he took great care to make sure things went smoothly. He has been very skillful in navigating between the different parties involved and was very communicative at every step of the process. I found him to be trustworthy and serious, accessible and collaborative. I would recommend him strongly.

After having a horrible experience with another lawyer who was over priced and never responded to calls Daniel is a breath of fresh air. Mr. Gershburg has handled three closings for me all very reasonably priced. He also returns calls as quickly as he can. My last closing was real difficult and I thought it would never end. I was trying to sell my co-op from a horrible association in Queens and they did all they can to delay but he finally sold it and got me out of that place. He times the time to explain things and make sure everything is done right. I will recommend Daniel to anyone who wants an honest, dependable and fantastic lawyer.
