Terrible costly experience with computer repair

Terrible experience with Smart PC Repair. February my computer crashed. Contacted PC Repair

and tech Luciano came to my house. Charged $150. and said he would repair and return in few days.

Was chargedv additional $135. for processor" and $35. for "anti virus". My computer still isn't working

correctly and can't get any satisfaction from the company. Don't waste your money.

Smart PC is a scam!

I called the manhattan branch to help me fix my desktop.

The technician said he would remove viruses, and said he would call if any other work or hardware was needed. When he called the next day, he told me that he had changed the hard drive (without my permission) for $85, added Anti-Virus software for $35 (that he originally claimed would be included in the tune-up). Worst of all, the computer came back in far worse condition than when i had given it to them (the viruses were still present!!)

The technicians demanded that i pay in cash (I wonder what they are hiding) but i refused to pay for the service that they failed to provide. When i told him i didn't want these items and that i wasn't going to pay until they were removed, i was threatened. The PC is now in their possession and the police had to become involved.

DO NOT USE SMART PC.

AVOID AT ALL COST

I have never been taken advantage of so completely. This company quoted me a price of $150 to fix the fan on my laptop. When the tech picked it up he tells me it will be another 100 for the fan but no more and he will call me and let me know exactly how much before he instals it. He calls and tells me he installed it but the computer isn't going to work without a new hard drive. i tell him I did not want to put that much money into an old, out of warranty computer. I can get a new one for what it would cost. He asks me if I can get a new computer for 300 because that is what all the work would cost. I decide to let him do the work.

When he gives me the bill it is $400. When I get the computer home it is still showing an fan error message.

After letting them try to fix it again it no longer works at all and I am out $400.

AVOID AT ALL COST.

The Best Carpet Cleaners in the Carpet Cleaning Business

My carpet was in bad shape as it was but after my 4 year olds birthday party, it was devastated with stains and spills. After calling these carpet cleaners, its looks brand new. The price and service were remarkable as well. Very professional and courteous of my home. These guys really know their stuff on carpet cleaning. Your crazy if you try other carpet cleaners than Smart Cleaners.

my carpet got floud and they recovered it and took out the smell

I called them at 8AM and at 11 they already finished cleaning my house. They acted like they really care about customers; The job was done in a professional manner. The service was very good and the price was according with the quality.I can say they deserve an A+.
