You really have to go there to believe it's for real. It's this gorgeous, outdoor shopping center in the middle of nowheresville, Queens. You stumble in to find trees, grass, a giant water fountain, cool architecture and a couple of dozen stores and restaurants. I had lunch at the Japanese place called Shiro and shopped for awhile. There's a movie theater too but I didn't go this time. I will next time I visit for sure.
Pros: Unbelievable atmosphere, green shopping
Cons: Hard to get to
