Image Rent A Car - JFK Airport

While vacationing in New York City the last July 2008, my husband and I rented a car from IMAGE Car Rentals New York in NYC New York. To keep a long story short, I won the trip so all the arrangements were pretty much made for us, keep this in mind. We got off the plane and headed for the area labeled Rental Cars. The location was outside, which was fine, and we sat on a wood bench to wait for the big green bus to the holiday Inn Hotel take us to the JFK Holiday Inn Lobby office. I'm here to tell you that we didn't wait more than 6 minutes! Literally! The bus driver actually got out of his seat to help us load our luggage and he even smiled! (You don't see that very often anymore, especially in New York City) :-) We kept the car for 3 days and returned it in Kennedy Airport JFK NY. We simple pulled up behind a line of other "returns" and got out to unload. A very friendly lady with a small computer in her hand came over to confirm our information. She entered a few numbers, like mileage and all that, into her unit and said, "Thank you." Again, we're thinking this is too easy! IMAGE Car Rentals New York really did make it very easy for the traveler, professional or not. They were very courteous and friendly. I would gladly rent another car, truck, SUV or whatever from IMAGE Car Rentals New York.

Myself and 14 other friends are currently holidaying down from here in the U.S.A from Australia in celebration of finishing University. One of our biggest challenges was finding large enough transportation to support our group for our East Coast road trip, but orgainising it all through Image Rent A Car was an absoulte breeze! The lady we spoke with to organise rental was the epitome of exceptional customer service! She even organised DELIVERY of the van itself to JFK airport for us! Condition of the vehicle was immaculate, and although it took a bit of time to adjust to driving on the other side of the road, it suited our needs perfectly, and worked out a considerable amount cheaper than what it would have cost for our big group to rent numerous cars for our road trip. All in all, it was one of the most convenient and cost effective choices we'd made on our entire U.S trip, and would very highly recommend Image Rent A Car across the board for service, cost and quality!

I have used the service of Image Rent-a-Car before and that was when I visited my sister way abroad where she had located yet again. This company has lots of economical cars that could suit your budget needs anytime. There are also luxury vehicles and also vans and the likes. Basically, my lovely elder sis made the whole reservations for me, and when I first arrived at the airport, the car was already there waiting for me with its agent. My sister was there so she signed the papers and off we went back to her temporary home. She reserved a very gorgeous Corvette Z51 Yellow Convertible for me and I was whistling all the way looking at the blue chrome color that she had specifically reserved for me. What a beauty! Now back to this Image Rent-a-Car company. The agent was very nice and he explained in details the procedures of the company. He also showed me and my sis the existing scratches and things like that and it was marked on paper and we were given a copy for reference. Therefore, if there were any added scratches, then I had to pay, of course. The agent was super efficient and while on the way, we had forgotten to ask something and my sis made the call again to the agent. But he was very patient and prepared to answer our question. That was the kind of service that I love and until the day we returned the car, there was no problem whatsoever coming from Image Rent-a-Car. So, you can be rest assured that this company is an honest one and does its job well being a hirer for drivers like me and you out there.

Danielle Napoles THE Senior Sales Manager accepted the delivery of the rental vans and we arrived at the hotel the vans which they were all 2008 Ford E350 BLACK were beautifully lined up for us at the Grand Bay Hotel parking Lot. This was my first experience with Image Car Rentals. I have always found them to be a little more expensive, but the excellent service and the personal touch, the brand new cars and great selections of economy cars, vans and luxury cars make the experience welcoming and worth it !. I will definitely recommend my friend to use Image Car Rentals.it's easy getting there from Kennedy Airport. with their shuttle and pickup from the terminals. more locations in JFK Airport, Newark Airport, Uniondale NY, Brooklyn New York and Florida Miami.

Pros: Image Car Rentals New York City - Convenient and Reasonable !!
