If you need tax help, don't go to JK Harris!

My husband and I went to JK Harris for help with tax problems ten months ago.We met with Matthew Sullivan and were told that they could fix all of our IRS problems and we were not to worry. As long as we had JK Harris working for us we would be ok. After three months we called and called and called and no one seemed to know what they were supposed to do or didn't have the time to do it. We were referred from one person to the next and finally told to contact Matthew Sullivan the man who we originally met with. He refuses to rreturn our calls. Almost $6,000.00 later they have our money and we have the IRS to deal with, and the situation is worse than it was ten months ago. JK Harris destroyed our life and we probably will lose everything.
