Great news. Finally a Business that will give you a little extra, especially when there are mistakes. I placed an order on the site sometime in the evening for overnight shipping. I did not see the notice posted on the site about ordering before midday for the overnight delivery, so I placed my order. Well, next day came and I received an email informing me that my order could not be shipped for overnight unless it had been placed by noon that day. The manager who emailed me, offered to ship out the package that day, plus take off an additional discount for me, send me some gourmet items as well as a future discount. I was quite annoyed at first, but they went to great lengths to let me know that the mistake was not my fault and that wanted to keep me as a customer. I do wish they could take Overnight orders later in the day, but this is a small price to pay for the extra perks I received. I recommend this online gift basket store, but I do suggest reading the website policies before ordering, so there are no disappointments. All my best.

Cons: Next Day Shipping orders must be made by 12 Noon in order to go out that day

I loved the one basket I received from Sarah's Gourmet Goodies sooooooo much I ordered an additional one the same day! The packaging, price, quality, and convenience are without comparison. The best part is the gift baskets look so expensive, but are only a fraction of the cost of the other companies. I highly recommend Sarah's Gourmet Goodies to all my friends and family. Thanks Sarah's Gourmet Goodies for making me seem so good to the people I give your baskets to. Sincerely, A customer for life.

Reveived personal attention, gift basket was completely personalized exactly the way I wanted it, with great suggestions! Contents were original, thoughtful, and delicious! Customer service was great, delivery was perfect, and the prices were inexpensive. Definately would recommend for any occasion, will order again!!

I recently ordered a birthday basket from this gift basket company. I knew that I wanted something specific, but I also wanted to incorporate one of the items ( garrison gift box ). I ordered the box and then emailed customer service to find out if I could add something to it. Not only did the rep email me back right away, but they went out of their way to save me money and find what I was looking for, even though they didn't have it. They ordered the extra items I wanted and then put this amazing gift together. My mother was very pleased with her birthday basket and I am raving to everyone about the great lengths they go to get what you want, even if they don't already have it.
Pros: Customized Gifts
Cons: Phone lines are jammed with calls. Best bet is by email or their online chat
