I felt as if I were entering a Salon and Spa only found in a Manhattan nook only the elite might know about!

I desperately needed a new look. Thats where Cathy, a MASTER STYLIST stepped in and took over. I watched almost in disbelief as 6 inches or more of my long time, long and curly hair was scissored away and falling to the floor. She cut my hair without hesitation, taking into consideration the shape of my face and the texture of my hair. She did it with such ease I immediately felt my surrender to her expertise. Ultimately, I walked out of that shop looking contemporary and 10 years younger! Could I EVER imagine going anywhere else?? NEVER!

Need a new look? Have a wedding party that needs a great look; SEE CATHY!!! That's not a comb she holds, its a wand!!

Excellent bikini waxing

I just came back from my first visit to Bruno Salon and Spa. I had a bikini wax that was somewhere between a Brazilian and a Baby Bare. Lana was awesome. I've never had such a thorough waxing done so quickly. No stray hairs, no wax still stuck to me when I got home. I've found my new waxing place! I was pleased with the ease of finding a parking space and with the warmth and friendliness of the staff.

Pretty Nice!!!!

From the minute I walked into the salon, late for my appointment I found the lack of attitude very refreshing. The owner of the salon is very hands on without being the obviously bossy type I have come across so often. I made an appointment again and hope to keep coming here.

Pamper Yourself

How great is it to go to a salon and get a facial or microderm abrasion for $50 during spa week. From the minute you walk through the door, the staff is both caring and professional. I met Bruno who is the owner and now my colorist. I was so totally taken by his warmth and charm. I felt so pampered and taken care of that I wish I could have spent the whole day there. The salon is so elegant and inviting. I left the salon feeling absolutely wonderful and can't wait for the next visit.

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome!

I am a brunette who has gone to MANY different colorists because of the inability of colorists to simply get it right. All I ever want is to color the greys and add some flattering highlights. Sounds simple, but you would be surprised how often my hair turns out reddish and sometimes orangey. A friend recommended Bruno for coloring. He is simply fabulous! He did EXACTLY what I asked for. I'm a tough critic, but I left the salon with a smile from cheek to cheek. Best of all, the price was totally reasonable. The staff was nice and the place is adorable. I have FINALLY found a home for my hair

Kyra is great for color

I recommend Kyra for color. I get so many more compliments on my color since she started doing it. Before, I was going to Bumble and Bumble in Manhattan, paying more but not really enjoying the experience or the results.

This salon has a great, friendly atmosphere too.

Best Kept Secret in Brooklyn

Nothing can cure your over-crowded, over-whelmed city blues like a trip to Bruno Salon & Spa! It's located on beautiful and peaceful Shore Road in Bay Ridge (where you almost forget you are in the city at all). The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and indulgent. From the moment we entered, we were welcomed by friendly and professional staff, who catered to our every need. What impressed me the most about my experience was the atmosphere. Many salons and spas in the area have an air of pompousness and snobbery. Bruno Salon & Spa is anything but that! The staff made us feel right at home from the moment we walked through the door. The warm and friendly atmosphere certainly added to our relaxation. My massage was the best I have ever received! My friend's mani/pedi looked fabulous (and very pampering). I walked out very happy with my new hair style (which is rare - I am a tough critic). We followed our amazing spa exeprience with a decadent lunch at a nearby restaurant (the area has many fine dining options). All in all, this was the perfect day of beauty and relaxation. I will definitely recommend Bruno Salon & Spa to everyone I know. I cannot wait to go back!

With his Vidal Sassoon experience, a true artist with the scissors. He cuts like a sculptor and is very passionate with the work that he does--including men! I sent my boyfriend there and his haircut was just as fabulous as mine! Ask for Mitchell!
