Eric makes the Budget Blinds experience as painless as possible. We tried Lowes and Home Depot in Brooklyn as well as other custom places and the Home Depot in Manhattan, and Eric's service was definitely the most personal and thoughtful by far. We bought one set from him last year and went back for another set this year. The in-home consultation is key, because most other places are hesitant to give detailed advice without looking at the windows. But Eric got into it and took his time discussing all of our options and helping us weigh the pros and cons. The BEST thing about Budget Blinds is that they can get almost any brand, so we were able to consider the higher end brands that Home Depot and Lowes carry but for a much better price. Plus their 5 year, no questions asked replacement warranty cannot be matched! Definitely check them out for a consultation and you will be happy you did.

Great Blinds! Excellent Service!

If you are looking for blinds then please do not hesitate to contact Budget Blinds! We were most pleased with the level of service and the quality of their product.

Eric returned our voice message very promptly and then came to our residence the same day and at the time he stated he would arrive! He was very pleasant to talk to over the telephone and even more personable to interact with in person. Eric was highly informative regarding the product lines, blind installation tips and matters to consider that assisted us greatly in selecting our blinds. He brought numerous samples and that made it like having the blind store come to our home.

Lewis came to install the blinds for our five windows. We were very pleased that he arrived earlier than scheduled and were even more pleased with his professional and accommodating demeanor. It was very evident to us that he possesses a true sense of ownership in his work and it resulted in perfectly installed blinds. Having been working with home renovation contractors for months we can state that Eric and Lewis were a treat to work with. They are honest to their word, informative and just all around pleasant genuine tradesmen. If only all home design services were as professional and honest!
