I was happy with the way Versatile Events planned my bachelorette party recently. All of us had a wonderful time. They were professional and easy-to-work with.

Versatile was great. We wanted a real fun & fresh anniversary party so after speaking with Versatile we did a glamarous Vegas Casino-style party (cigar rollers, poker tables, everything). We hosted 100 of our closest friends and co-workers in a very spacious downtown lounge which we had exclusively for our party the entire Sunday night. Versatile handled the catering, invitiations which looked like cigars (awesome), open bar, entertainment, photography, transportation, photographer and played footage of our home vidoes on the lounge's 2 plasma screen TVs. Everyone had a really great time and kept talking about how original the invitation was. The photographer took some awesome pictures and even gave us a gift of a slide-show they put together for us. Plan to do it again next year for sure and my girlfriend's hired them for her engagement party. Versatile is the best.

My wedding was on the medium side, 125 guests, and so figured I could do it myself which quickly turned out to not be the case. Planning my wedding became extremely stressful and overwhelming so I called Versatile after my friend referred them to me (they planned her husband's birthday party). They were easy to talk to and did not push anything on me and kept me involved every step of the way but didn't stress me out with every single detail. In the end, they made good decisions, did a fabulous decorating job, the food was impeccable, the DJ played all our favorite songs, and the floral arrangements were ridiculously beautiful. Even the wedding and dinner rehearsals went without a hitch. I even had a drink created for our wedding. My wedding was flawless, beautiful and I plan to hire them again when the opportunity arrives.

When I was first planning my wedding I had no idea where to start. I wanted something grand and unique and was totally lost in the magazines and the suppliers. I called Versatile to just find me a place to host the event. But they did more than that. It was like a Production!! The planner took care of every detail of my Wedding from the caterer to the florals, She even Helped us find a great and artist photographer and video production studio. I was really impressed with the amount of work that got done in the time I had. Everything worked out great and Chris and I were very happy with the wedding service that was produced by Versatile.

We all flew to New York for my son's wedding last Sepember from S.F., and we couldn't have been more pleased to have Melanie as our wedding planner. She was so personable & professional, all the while maintaining a connection with the wedding party and family. Danny & Iliana were married in Central Park and Melanie made everything run so smoothly. We were very happy with the way the whole day went and have no idea what we would have done without her.

I was a vendor at the NKBA Trade Show, for which Melanie was the show coordinator. She was terrific; great positive attitude; pro-active in assuring we had everything we needed; a pleasure to work with. Will definitely keep her contact info handy, in case I have any events in the future where I can make use of her services. Look forward to working with her again next year for the 6th annual NKBA Trade Show.

I attended a kitchen and bath show which was held the same day that the United Nations was in NYC and Melanie, the owner, did well - she was professional, friendly, helpful, went around to everyone to make sure they were all doing well. She did a good job and I plan to use her in the future.

I hired Versatile Event Planners to plan my 30th birthday party. I was very pleased with the service I received and how my birthday party turned out. I had a wonderful time and so did all of my guests. I literally did not have to worry about a thing the whole evening and was just able to enjoy myself. Melanie, the owner was very professional especially given the difficulty of some of the vendors. She took my vision for my birthday and made it come to life. I would definitely hire her Versatile again or recommend to my friends looking to plan a party.

I needed someone to plan and set-up a corporate event for my company. I did not have the time to set it up myself and did a search here to find a company that could help. The owner took care or me herself and put together a great Conference and dinner afterwards. I'm sure our clients were very impressed with the event because we had several callbacks thanking us for putting togther such an impressive day. I would highly recommend them for your next corporate event or party Wendy Chang. Thanks Versatile.

My 21st Birthday party was the best. Everything was the way I wanted it. I had about 100 of my friends at a skylight venue here in New York. The loft, which was not your typical NY loft since the room could hold more than three times the people we had there but that gave us plenty of dancing space. The bartenders were hot and kept our drinks flowing, our personal DJ played all the music we wanted, the buffet was great, and there was a spot for everyone to place my b-day gifts so I didn't have to worry. I really had a good time, at least, from what I was told!

Pros: music, food & drink service, venue
