If u r looking for blinds to be installed extremely late, for installers to cancel appointments/installations, or just not to show up, Bello Blinds is the company for you. I ordered blinds 4 months ago and have had 3 cancellations: parts never arrived, family emergency, car broke down. After specidically requesting a timely installation, I'm still waiting for them to complete for their job...

I can highly recommend Bello Blinds NYC to anyone looking for customized window blinds. From product presentation to installation I enjoyed friendly, prompt, competent, uncomplicated and efficient service. I got answers to all my questions regarding order, delivery, and installation procedure and duration, all deadlines were met - and the product itself is impeccable too.

Bello Blinds delivered as promised. The in-home consultation was extremely useful, as we could discuss different options in the actual space being used! Several different options were available and ordering could not have been easier. The blinds arrived in about two weeks, and were rapidly and professionally installed -- with clean-up following installation! I would happily recommend Bello Blinds to anyone looking for blinds/curtain installation! Extra note: I had a relatively incovenient schedule, and they still went out of their way to accomodate me.

Pros: Friendly, personable service; Neat, professional installation.

I let Bello Blinds install blinds in my new apartment, and that was a good choice. I now have beatiful wood blinds with remote control in my living room. Everything was according to specs, and installed in a professional manner.

Bello Blinds is inexperienced and way over priced. Wouldn't entertain other comp. prices. ONLY in business 2 years...unprofessional, late, rude and sloppy workmanship. If you want to pay for a cleaning company to come back into your home when they leave, Bello Blinds is for you! Otherwise, I highly recommend you search elsewhere. Extremely disappointed since Bello was referred to me. I will not refer Bello to my enemy. Good luck!

I hired this Bello Blinds to install some Hunter Douglas blinds in our Manhattan corporate apartment. They did the job in an incredibly short 5 days from first contact to finished installation. The blinds looked perfect after the installation and the total cost was very reasonable. Most importantly, they did everything on time, on budget and the finish product was as promised. I would definitely recommend them to a friend, and I will use them again the next time around.

Friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable customer service. I am so happy with my new blinds and the service I received. There were numerous options to choose from and each was explained adequately in order to choose the best option for my price range and wants. After receiving a few estimates, this was the best cost and option, along with the friendliest service. I am so pleased with my decision, not only the blinds, but also with the people who work here. I would highly recommended them to anyone!

This company made roller shade installation for my oversize brownstone windows painless. You do not need to leave your home-- a person comes to you to measure the windows and brings a book of samples so you can see how each will look against your window. This was very helpful. Then the same person comes back to install it about two weeks later. Hassle free!

Couldn't be happier with the shades installed by Bello Blinds. The service was great and the staff went beyond the call of duty to accommodate us. When we first had the shades installed, Simon worked around my newborn's nap schedule. And then, when we had to renovate, Simon removed the shades and stored them for us for a considerable length of time. He just reinstalled them for a modest fee and we are extremely happy that we worked with Bello Blinds. You don't find customer service like this in New York City usually. Just be patient when trying to reach them by phone. They are extremely busy but eventually will get back to you. Or you might need to keep trying.
