Most Amazing Bus service. Being an editor for a well known magazine is never an easy thing. It takes a lot from you as it demands quite a lot. Essentially, I am too dependent on my laptop for catering my work demands. I also keep travelling quite often to cover many stories for my magazine and often I find myself working while travelling as well. You know, editing, reviewing and stuff. Recently as I went to NY for covering an issue, I was too paranoid about how I was going to manage my work. These bus services from Washington to NY have always turned out to be unreliable much to my dissatisfaction. Fortunately this time around I was proven wrong. Washny’s bus between NY and Washington turned out to be highly comprehensive. I experienced a wonderful journey without any issues and I was able to charge my laptop and continue with my work. Washington's wonderful bus service. Washny is a wonderful comprehensive site. Recently, due to work demands I had to go on a business trip to NY. And this trip was a last minute requirement and quite unavoidable as well. Unfortunately, considering the situation, all flights to NY was already booked and I had no source of commuting there on time. As my friend suggested about high quality bus services from NY to DC, I took a look into it as a last minute resort and I was able to book tickets on time by God’s grace. Never Take Washington Deluxe from Bethesda to NY.
So bad. Pay the extra five dollars and take the Vamoose Bus. The bus left late because a passenger wanted to wait for his friend. The bus made TWO stops on the way to New York. The driver was busy
chatting with the passengers. He even let one passenger sit on the floor in the front of the bus blocking anyone from vacating. (violation of Transportation safety).
The return bus made one stop. DO not take this bus if you want to get to your destination on time. This is a further stop in New York from the Vamoose bus also taking up extra time. I will never take this bus line again, way too unprofessional.…

As my family is big and needed extra space for the luggage that we were carrying, I was worried about the availability of cabs and the type of vehicle. Thanks to the drivers and the customer support people at Washington Deluxe for helping us during the journey. It was kind of them to help us with our heavy luggage. I rode the Washington deluxe several times and there is realy one thing I could recomend is STAY AWAY from them they have filty buses harsh drivers a nasty bitcch in charge that screams and yels like all the passengers where her kids at the age of 2, when the jewish lady come and trys to be proffesional it sound like a comody, A big precentage of the time the buses are late or overbooked with double meaning double the amount of people who fit on the bus staying stranded in DC for hours when you call them its either a answering service or the hold system, when they leave they would not admit they say there is a bus following thats how you dont bother for at least 1 hour then when you realize what happened its to late to catch any other bus so you end up paying $89.00 for greyhound or the train. so if you have nothing better to do with your time then you could choose to ride with them or call the Better Buissnes Buero to report on them, By the way they have 4 diffrent corporations and travel on someone elses license their names are

WARNING! DO NOT TAKE THIS SERVICE! IT'S DIRTY, UNRELIABLE, AND UNSAFE!. I took the bus on 3/16/7 from NYC to DC the day of the ice storm. I went to the 34 St. stop to pick up the last bus (5:30p) & arrived 15 minutes before as the rsvp instructed. Because the weather bad, I called 2x before (1st at 12p and then at 4:45p) to cnfrm the departure time. The customer srvc. rep.tld me each time the bus would be on time. I got to the stop and waited till 5:50pm, & then decided to call b/c the bus had not arrived. When I spoke to cust. srvc, she put me on hld for 15 min., & afterwards tld me the bus wld be coming at 6:15p. Keep in mind that I, along w/ 30 othr customers, were waiting in the FREEZING COLD. When 6:15 came, I called again and was put on hld for 20 min. By the time I got the rep, she caught an attitude and I was told the bus would be coming at 7p. I asked to speak with the manager. When I spoke with him, he said that the bus left on time but because of the weather, it was delayed just like the airlines! I replied and said this was unlike airlines, because people are waiting in terminals and the airlines phone and e-mail their customers to apprise them of delays! He also said it says on the website there might be delays for weather; however, it does not say that at all! Had I not called, the customers freezing in the cold would not know the bus? status. When I got off the phone, 7p arrived, and the bus not there & we could not reach cust. Srvc. again as they shut off the phns! The 5:30p bus FINALLY arrived at 8pm! The woman who herded us on the bus was rude and only interested in our $. When we left, the bus was dirty: chicken bones on the floor, empty bottles rolling around. When we got going, there was no light, tv, but more importantly heat because the defroster was broken & the bus driver could not put the heat or else it would fog the windows! how dangerous! We finally arrived at 2am! Keep in mind that other bus srvcs. kept zipping past us! What should have been an easy 4-5 hour trip turned into 9 hours of hell.…
