talked the talk, and walked it pretty good too

I originally spoke with Tony on the phone and he was incredibly polite and helpful. He set me up with Lawrence who is a bit of a fast talker but was very clear, honest and efficient. Each apartment shown was done so without pressure and was what we were looking for.

Finding a place came easy after we sat down and figured out what would work and what wouldn't. I moved in just about 2 weeks ago and haven't had any problems yet. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Down to Business

I was pretty on and off when it came to seriously looking for a place until a few weeks ago but they were there to answer any questions via email or phone.

They were incredibly patient and aided me in searching for exactly what i wanted. Everyone at the office seemed to know their job well while having their own approach at the game (I worked with 3 different people there). The one thing I really like was that they made it clear that they weren't there to waste my time and provided me with all the information necessary.

Very friendly, honest, thorough. Went out of their way to help us find something within our budget. Great web site that was easy to navigate and cut a lot of unnecessary travel and hassle out of our search.

1 day service

We NEEDED to find an apt in 3 days. With these guys we found it in one day. They were originally recommended to me from my previous landlord after a deal fell through with another place at the last minute. I'm really glad they lived up to my expectations. It was a real pleasure to work them.

Love Me Do

They did an awesome job and made a stressful process easy. In fact, I found an apartment the same day. Excellent service. Worth the fee. Saved me tons of time and aggravation. Don't know the reliability of what others have said but all their fees are straight up and standard. In fact, they are even more upfront than most broker's I've seen because they actually list their fee percentage on their ads instead of just saying "broker's fee."

C'mon people, it's in plain english, READ.

Deceitful business, be careful

This operation is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever encountered. Their business is to pretend they have a property for you, charge you an application fee (around $140) and then come out saying the landlord decided to rent it to someone else. They gave me my broker’s fee and everything else they made me sign for but never returned that application fee, that other decent brokers do not even charge. Lawrence Roberts, the broker whom I dealt with, did not even had the decency to be around and apologize for the inconvenience when I came to pick up the check but left it behind with other people who worked there who were rude and defensive instead of being apologetic. Even when he first showed me the apts he had an attitude, did not carry the keys to the place and wasted my time. Be careful, it seems that they’re in the business of charging application fees for unavailable apartments.

They were great – worked around our schedules, knew a lot about the apartment, building, neighborhood and market. Overall, really helpful and a pleasure to work with.

It's all good

Very professional and knowledgeable broker. Always available for questions and to show apartments. Also very time efficient and the fee was very reasonable. I appreciated the fact that he didn't attempt to "sell" me apts I had no interest in.
