I can't stress enough how horrible Vladislav Sirota is!!! At first when you see him he'll gladly take your money upfront and promises you to win your case but that probably wold be the first and the last time you'll see him!!! he will milk you for more and more money during the course of your case and avoid returning your calls or seeing you in person. I tried numerous times to make another appointment with him but his secretary will always say that he's not available. I had to sit in his office for hours to catch him coming out of his room to confront him. I would never recommend him to anyone!!! It took us to get the documents we needed a year and a half later than we were suppose too. Too bad!!! ***PATHOLOGICAL LIAR*** ***PLEASE AVOID THE SAME MISTAKE I DID, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY*** ***CHOSE ANOTHER LAWYER***

I have filed for a political asylum from Russia in April of 2008. During this time, I have met and worked with Mr. Sirota and I was granted approval at the interview. I found it to be a good experience and I will always recommend Mr. Sirota's services.

Stay away from this lawyer lier, he will take your money and dont do anything. He is hiding from many clients. He doesnt know what is an attorney ethics and if you looking for a lawyer please ask anywhere about him and will get all info you need not to go to him, having problems with him the best way is to ask for help bar association.

I want to thank Mr. Sirota for his hard work and dedication during my asylum case. My case lasted for a long time, but we have prepared with Vladislav and his staff and we won the case. Right after, I was able to get the rest of my documents and I am very happy I hired Vladislav. I recommend him to everyone without reservation.

I had a gerat experience working with Mr.Sirota and his staff. Mr. Sirota is very knowledgeable in the immigration law, and what impressed me the most is that was not even a one instance of not returning my phone call. I would really recommend Mr. Sirota if someone has any problem or has any question in immigration law.

I received Vlad's name through American Immigration Lawyers Association and I am glad I used him. Despite the fact that the office is buzy, I was able to get the things I wanted and Vlad was very helpful. He went with me to the Immigration Court and we won. It was nice to see how confident he was in preparation and his work.

To all of you who is looking for an attorney...Look somewhere else!!! I came to Vladislav ( I don't even want to call him attorney because he doesn't practice it correctly) 4 years ago. I was (am) married to US citizen. I read his ad in a news paper and desided to give it a shot. I made an appointment to meet Vladislav. Upon introduction he seemed educated and EXTREMELY PROMISING! Please don't let that fool you! He lied to me since that day on! He lied about everything, saying that my I-130 has been approved and I should give him more money! I did! Until 3 years passed by and I didn't even get a social security number...I was calling him every day! He wasn't asnwering nor showing up for our appointments. His secreteries were very dumb it full extent of that word! To make a long story short I went myself to Federal Plaze ( Immigration Building) and was told that I have OUTSTANDING DEPORTATION ORDER! He screwed up my case so bad that I don't even know what to do next! After I left him a message with my knowledge of him screw up and told him that I am suing him thru Lawyers Bar Association, he called me on the weekends and nights threating me and my family with jail and deportation! All the previous postings that are posted with accusation of stealing money,not answering phone calls, etc. are absolutely TRUE. I browsed internet numeruos amount of times and found 5 more complaints. I am sueing him now for his license. I also united with 3 more people to make my case stronger! I also heard that he is in jail now for faking paperwork.

I have dealt with this attorney for three and a half years and he re-opened our final order of deportation and got green cards to every member of my family. He practically saved us. The office is busy, but I know many people who received their status though this lawyer. He is young, efficient, with great sense of humor. If you want a practitioner who will go with you all the way, Mr. Sirota is for you.

Well he will promise the world!!! Gladly take your money and that will be your last hand shake with him! If want to get screwed for your money hier a high class call girl not some theiving lawer! He will not help you but will milk you for your money.
