My dress is amazing!

Thank you so much for everything! My dress is amazing! I would not have been able to have my dream dress without you! I had such a hard time with the ladies in the store trying to overcharge me. With you guys I was able to afford my dress and not be broke. Thank you for rush delivering it to my house! You didn't have to do that but it helped me out so much! Thank you again for everything!!!

The size is almost perfect, I don't need any adjustments, just to make it bit shorter

The delivering company brought it to my house

love this store! I seriously walked in there and found everything I wanted - so many cute dresses, and an awesome staff. I worked with one of the owners, Jeff, and he made me feel like I was the only girl getting married out there. We bought 5 dresses everyone at my wedding talked about how great they were. I will send everyone I know to this store - they helped make my wedding everything I wanted! Amazing customer service, FUN atmosphere

I hope every girl getting married goes to check this place out - I got the cutest bridesmaids dresses at Isabella’s and they were only $188. I couldn't even find one I liked at David's for that. And they're so adorable! The owners and other girls at Isabella’s were so helpful to me and to all of my bridesmaids. I really felt like they cared. I have to say I was shocked at a couple of the reviews I read on here that the customer service was lacking. That wasn't my experience. We're so happy with the dresses and with the service, my fiance and I are going in next week to pick out tuxedos from Isabella’s as well.

worst place, rude owner

I expected to get good quality dresses and clean when what he wanted to give me for my money was just damaged and already worn merchandise. He claimed that's how he received them from Montage and cannot return them. I've never heard of one of these designers or any other stores who don't have a return policy. I tried the dress right in the store that's when I realize the problems with it , when I brought it to his attention, he started yelling and on top of this whole messy situation he called me a liar. Telling me it's nothing he can fix it. I think this guy is should have some kind of mental problem, to think he can sell trashy merchandise to anyone. If you decide to get dresses from them its at your own risk but make sure you check them out before you leave the store. The reviews online are really helpful if I took the comments about his service seriously I would not have to face all these issues. If could rate them -5 I would have done so. It's better to pay more money and go to a large bridal store in the city. When you try to help these small businesses sell some merchandise they just look for the best ways to get the maximum profit out of their customers. Isabella Bridal Center stay away from them. I came all the way from Queens to shop from the mother bluffers.

horrible customer service!!!!

I decided to order my Demetrios gown from them b/c they were close to my house and gave me a great deal.

we negotiated a price to include alterations and even wrote that on the receipt (higher than original). However once the gown came and i just needed the length shortened and very minimal alterationg on the bust (like taking in and putting in cups) the owner decided that was called "customozing" and wanted to charge me for it.

and when my dress was done he argued with me about the minimal work saying the seamstress doesn't work for them but is independent. and didn't want to give me my dress until i paid her and extra $30

horrible customer service!!!

make sure you go over all the details upfront and wrtie everything down if u choose to go with them.

very rude owners.

and since they have limos and tuxes we did NOT go with them for that as we were planning so they didnt even care to lose another $2,000 worth of business.

made feel wonderful,with my beautiful dress from Rina Di Montella R2700

every one had a good compliment,I was asked by a few where I got it,

I told them, just like I told my twin sis from NJ

that she got her dresses from your store too.
