TAKE YOUR BUISNESS ELSEWHERE !!. I worked in Facets for 2 weeks and then I left, because of the amount of shadiness, lack of respect, and incorrect co worker ship. Customers who drop off jewlery that needs repairs, think again 70 percent of the time your jewlery is sent to other places, meanwhile facets jewler recieves all the credit ! NOT RIGHT !

Workers gipped me off my pay and leaving a new worker in a store on their first day at a new job ?!! WHO DOES THAT ??!!!! They do have nice jewlery selections to choose from, but yet so unorganized. Having experience in the Retail Industry, I know what is expected as far as customer service and merchandise. Working hard for what they paid me wasnt enough or satisfying for me !! Right On Point!. I found Facets by chance and I am very happy I did. I saw their shop at the new Limelight Marketplace. I fell in love with their jewelry immediately, it was like stepping foot into jewelry heaven. The salesperson who was extremely courteous, and knowledgeable told me about their other shop in Park Slope Brooklyn. I stopped in as I said I would, and I couldn't believe my eyes. Thank You Facets :). I had a beautiful design in my mind for a ring I wanted made and was unable to find anywhere. I searched on the web and found Facets, I read their reviews which then led me to their store in Park Slope( beautiful neighborhood ). I looked for the design and was still unable to find it. The sales associate approached me and mentioned something about custom making my own ring, with no fee they said they would bring their in house designer out and help me perfect my idea. After one hour of talking in the store I decided they seemed like they knew what they were talking about. Approximately 4 weeks later I get my ring... I was shocked because it looked absolutely, exactly as I had pictured in my mind. It's like they just got into my head and understood everything I expected. A Gem Of A Store. From the moment I walked in I could tell that this is not your average jewelry store. The staff greeted me as if I was not just a customer but a long time friend, a vibe that I felt for my entire time there. Although I was one of quite a few people in the store at the time I still received the level of personal attention that is almost impossible to find. The recommendations I received when I described the people I was shopping for were dead on the mark and I knew I was buying something that I would not be able to find anywhere else. Flawless. Buyers have the perfect eye, amazing selection. I would have bought everything if I only could :-). I purchased a unique hand filigree 1920's ring, for which my jaw still drops each time I look down at my finger. Need I even mention the helpful and friendly staff?
