no, cooks will NOT find semolina flour here. i drove quite a distance because of this write-up only to be told that they don't carry semolina flour.

Meats better then Whole Foods, selection of olive oils and vinegars impressive beyond belief. You can order any meat, any cut, any time if you don't see it on display. I order fresh foe gras once - it was amazing. The best lamb and rib eye I can find anywhere. They also age their own porter house. The best fresh mozarella I've ever had in any of the top restaurants in the city. They also carry such rare items as Frech pink lemondat, italian cocao for hot chocolate, infused oils, french mustard, etc. In other words if you are a food fanatic or just looking for the very best ingridients, look no further!
Pros: they can get you any kind of meat you imaginable
Cons: a bit pricy
