Worst customer service ever...do not venture

These people are the worst firm on the earths surface. I called and booked an appointment in my very busy schedule to get my laptop repaired. The next day when my laptop appointment was due, I called in late on a business meeting just so i could make it at the appointment time of 9am. I get there and all they told me is come back at 10 am. I told them about the appointment and they told me to leave my laptop which contained important classified information with the security man if i wished to at my own risk. I mean this is unheard of and i believe you would be dum to go here
