Small town feel

We went for lunch during the week. The wait staff was pleasant and courteous. I had the steak tartare, but it was lacking. My wife's duck was much better. We had the prefixe lunch which included soup. The dessert was the best part. My mother's flan was the best I had ever eaten.
Pros: Good value
Cons: Some dishes are kind of sketchy
