The Bedford mall brings together hometown and international fashions, brows high and low in its collection of finger-on-the-pulse shops.

The Stores
Down the walkway from the Spoonbill and Sugartown bookstore--great for art and architecture books--is a trove of avant garde (and not so) comics and sci-fi figurines, as well as cheese and wine shops. Meander from sleek Cubika to the vintage Girdle Factory store. Adorable Ts, records, decorative imports, a yoga space and savvy salon (called Hello, Beautiful) round out the offerings. Need a snack? Have a seat at one of the Verb Cafe's indoor or outdoor tables and sip a latte.
