I have had 2 procedures with Dr. Eviatar Botox and a filler and I could not be hapier with the results. I look fairly young for my age and the treatments just enhance my appearance NOT change it. Dr. Eviatar took time to listen to me and what my concerns were and then explaining the procedures that he recommends and why. I will definately be back for more......................

I don’t know about all this crazy review stuff, but Dr. Eviatar did my LASIK eye surgery last year and now I see better than 20/20. My experience with the place was great. Not only was their staff super nice, but they’re so knowledgeable about the technology and did a million tests to make sure I was a perfect candidate. They explained everything to me every step of the way. Dr. Eviatar made me feel so comfortable during the procedure and I learned more about my eyes than I ever even knew.

Chelsea Eye and Cosmetic Surgery Center is perhaps the finest of its kind. Not ony are the entire staff members respectful and compassionate but they are highly intelligent as well. As for Dr. Eviatar and Dr Coad, well let's just put it this way: I myself am an ophthalmologist, and have entrusted my own family to their expert care. Both are renowned surgeons with a gentle and thoughtful manner. I have been a patient for about 3 years and the entire practice is amazing. I have had Botox, Sculptra and Radiessse as well as LASIK and can HIGHLY recommed this practice as caring, competent and concerned. Being in the healthcare field, I am EXTREMELY knowledgeable about good and "bad" doctors and can tell you that Drs. Eviatar and Coad stand out as among the finest. Some cosmetic docs are motivated by the ole mightly dollar, but my experience with Dr. E is that his utmost concern is good patient care. He has a terrific eye and will never push the envelope on procedures unless he feels it benefits and enhances his patients.....Did I mention that I look 10 years younger....LOVE HIM and the Practice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros: care and great staff

Cons: costs - though they are no more than others

I have known Dr. Eviatar and Chelsea Eye & Cosmetic Surgery for over five years and they are terrific. Dr. Eviatar performed my Lasik surgery and it's amazing to be able to see without glasses for the first time in 20+ years, especially at the beach. I have also had Botox and various fillers performed by Dr. Eviatar and I look better than ever. Alicia Hilferty is a wonderful esthetician and her treatments and not only soothing, they work. The entire staff is extremely professional and this is one of the most pleasant physician offices in NYC. Getting an appointment is extremely easy and I would highly recommend their services to anyone I know, and I have!!!

I must confess, I've know Dr. Eviatar for 20 yrs, we started out professional career's in NY together. That said., Dr. E. have done my lasix surgery (nearly 10 yrs!!!), and my eyes are still perfect. It was the best thing I ever did for myself, the second being having Dr. Eviatar do the proceedure. I've had many other proceedures done at his offices, from routine eye examines, to proceedures related to my 20+ yrs of HIV infection. The staff, beginning with Susan Thompkin (incredible, uplifting, and a gift Dr. Eviatar was lucky to find) as office manager, to Trina, my favorite receptionist.., Caroylyn, Natasha, Anna, they are all consumate professionals, while personable and charming. If you're expecting a sterile clinic atmosphere., you're in for a surprise. This is the doctor's office that sets the standard for all medical practices. I get (and give!) a weeks worth of "hugs" when I have an appointment there. That alone is worth the trip. I hope that Chelsea Eye stays right where it is, for a long time Carl Dellatore

I had been thinking about having lasik surgery for a couple of years but was too scared to actually go through with it. Then I happened to attend an open house at Chelsea Eye and was immediately impressed with the quality of the staff and the presentations by the surgeons. They gladly answered all of my questions and "held my hand" as I expressed my anxiety about the procedure. The procedure was completely painless and extremely quick. I went home, slept for a few hours and was able to watch TV by that evening. At my follow up appointment the next day, I learned that my vision was already better than 20/20. I experienced some of the expected soreness and dryness but now I can see better than ever without any problems. As a student, I didn't have to worry about missing class or have any problems getting right back to my reading/studying the day after the procedure. I just got back from a few days at the beach and I can't begin to describe how nice it is not to have to fuss with glasses or contacts on the beach. I have already told a number of friend to go see Dr. Eviatar at Chelsea Eye. If you are thinking about having lasik surgery, this is the best place to go!

I have a friend that highly recommended Chelsea Eye & Cosmetic Surgery for lasik and buttox. Not only for the great customer service but for the results of the treatments. Seeing how good and young my friend looked I decided to go for it. I tried it and was so impressed by the results that I have become a loyal patient. The staff is very attentive, pleasant and concern about the patient comfortability. I recommend Chelsea Eye and Cosmetic Surgery to anyone in need of an ophtalmologist or any cosmetic treatment.

An extremely professional and courteous staff sets the tone for Dr Eviatars wonderful and calming bedside manner.Dr Eviatars techniques are practically painless. I have referred all my friends and family to him as I could not be more pleased with the results!

What I didn't know about Lasik surgery going into it was the emotionally healing experience I would have afterwards-- being able to see after after 30 years (without glasses or contacts.) It was actually life changing and I fondly associate this healing with Chelsea Eye and Dr. Eviatar and his staff. Aside from the friendly, professional and expert exams and preparation, was the actual care I received during and after the surgery. The procedure was done with such care--I felt like the Dr. and his assistants were flying a plane with precision and accuracy and I was secure in the cockpit. The follow up was thoughtful and sensitive-- I received a follow up call from Dr. Eviatar to check on me, my pain and healing was managed sensitively by him and the staff, and I experienced support in every interaction Chelsea Eye around the emotional healing of improved sight and my new identity that followed. I went back for Sculptra and had a similar experience-- top-notch care. I have recommended Chelsea Eye & Cosmetic Surgery to many people-- and will continue to do so.
