Very poor treatment

A friend and I had finished dinner early on a Tuesday evening and were ordering successive rounds of beers, when a man in a dirty sweat jacket and jeans, without introducing himself or saying anything in the least gracious, began regularly assaulting our table, indicating he wanted us to leave. Apparently this guy was the manager! I understand restaurants need to "turn tables," but instead of an introduction and polite suggestion, we got a sharp-tongued accusation! We left fresh beers on the table and vowed never to go back. He completely ruined our night.
