Sacha Juan Salon Sacha Juan opened up in 1997 in stock holm by Sacha mitic & Juan rosenlind, two highly recognized hairdressers w/ long experience of hairstyling / fashion in sweden & abroad. Beside regular hands-on salon hairstyling their work has been seen through the years in several international fashion magazines such as vogue, elle, glamour, allure, amica & gq. the Sacha Juan salon soon became one of swedens hottest hair dressing spots & the creation of their own, exclusive brand of hair care products was a natural step forward in their success story

Policies

Appointments We welcome & accommodate walk-ins whenever possible, but recommend that appointments be scheduled & reserved in advance. First time clients will be asked for a credit card number to hold an appointment

Cancellations We require 24-hour notice of can cell ation for any appointment. Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may result in a charge that is 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. "No shows" will be charged 100% of the service cost

Our Guarantee We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied w/ your experience at our salon. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, please let the salon know within 48 hours. We will be happy to schedule a corrective service within one week of your original appointment date. There are no cash refunds for any services provided

Payment Methods We accept cash, visa, mastercard, discover, diners club, & debit cards. We do not accept American express or personal checks
