Fine & Raw Chocolate

Fine & Raw does chocolate the Brooklyn way--fairtrade, sustainable, small farmer co-ops, heirloom varieties of cacao--all with a certain amount of whimsy added in. It's only natural that they finally built their store in Bushwick, the hip neighborhood that refuses to grow up, with windows for a looksie into the new factory too. Chocolate abounds, just don't expect a river of it for the little German kids to fall in.
