Hope Garage

Garages are most commonly associated with parked cars, but we think that might be reductive. Throughout history garages have held many purposes from band practice hub to dad’s “space to be alone, d*** it.” Now, with the opening of Hope Garage, the garage’s latest role is that of restaurant. Gone is the stench of exhaust, which has been replaced by the delightful fumes of comfort food like fried cheese curds and mushroom risotto. Make like a Camry and park at one of the barstools for some after-dark fuel, like a customized cocktail crafted with house-made syrups.
