We arranged the 15 Passenger van rental with image van rentals and they delivered the 3 full size 15 passenger car rentals to the jetblue terminal curbside as they promised and at the end of the van hire they waited for us at departures. Overall EXCELLENT Next year will do the EXACT SAME THING Thank You IMAGE

Outstanding Service Award from ME !!

I would just like to send out a special thanks to Pat and Herb at Pam Rent A Car in

St. James Long Island. They made what was starting out to be a horrible day, just a little

bit better. My car broke down, the service tech suggested I call Pam. I spoke to Pat who

offered to send someone to pick me up at the dealer. Herb arrived to get me about 10 minutes

later. He took me back to the office where they had a brand new Nissan Sentra waiting for

me. They got me in and out of the office in great time. Thanks to them I was on time for

work, and was able to get home that night. Thank you so much for all your help, you were all

just wonderful.

Outstanding customer service at Pam Rent a Car

Your employees are outstanding examples of what all customer-service providers should be. I thought it would have been a stressful situation (our first time ever Renting a car ), but they made us feel very comfortable and at ease. We had a great family vacation in your luxuary van.We very much enjoyed our time spent!
