10 years and still returning. I have been getting my nails done by Loan at the Starrett City Nail Salon since I was 15. Anytime I go to another place out of convenience I regret it and make the trip right back to Starret. I no longer live there but I am getting married in three days and the only person I will let touch my nails (hands or feet) is Loan.

a dump. A filthy dump, long waits & overpriced!! not a big staff so your left meybe waiting 30 minutes just to get your brow waxed. The equipment is old and dirty, also the grooming tools. I never go here
