They are always on time, always friendly, and easy to contact in case of a change in schedule. Their buses are clean and their drivers are friendly and very competent. I highly recommend them!
I used monsey tours in the past and had a great experience. Professional drivers and very good customer service
It's not just the people on the bus.
While I realize that getting those on the bus to their destination is the purpose of ANY bus line, the way the drivers behave in traffic is also key.
I have had the doubtful "pleasure" of dealing with Monsey Trails on a daily basis for the past 2 years as a fellow driver on the streets. They create a very unfriendly and often straight-out dangerous driving environment for those around them. I do not believe even ONE Monsey driver knows the meaning of a YEILD sign, or simply relies on being big enough in size to survive in a potential serious accident. Nor do they realize that a lot of the streets in Manhattan are two-lane streets, particularly as you stop rather frequently.
I plan on alerting traffic control officers, as well as the Transportation Authority, to Monsey's driving practices. It has been CONSISTENT, not just one or two isolated incidents.
Wonderful experience!. On behalf of the athletes, coaches and staff of Special Olympics New Jersey, I thank you. The athletes, coaches and volunteers traveled to their venues on first-class coaches! The drivers were pleasant to all of our athletes. Thank you for your continued commitment to Special Olympics of New Jersey.
Professional and reliable charter bus service. Thank you so much for your continued professionalism, courtesy, excellent service and wonderful drivers. It is comforting to know we can always count on you and your drivers when planning our school trips.
Unprofessional customer service. Although I am unable to rate the actual service, I can testify that their customer relations are not 'flexible to the issues of non customers'. My complaint with Monsey started about 4 years ago when my next door neighbor's church group meets occasionally in the summer months for their outing(s). Mind you, this is a residential area, where homeowners reside. Not only do they meet sometimes as early at 6am, chatting, waiting to board their bus, disturbing their neighbors, the bus will idle, sometimes for up to 20+ minutes, blocking my driveway. We have, on numerous occasions, spoke to our neighbors, who promised, to no avail to have the bus move up a few yards; spoke to the bus driver (where arguments ensued at times) & to Monsey themselves. They are more concerned with money than anything else. Any suggestions?
