Horrendous tax preparation service

I had my taxes prepared at this location this past April. It quickly escalated to one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. The preparation "specialists" at this location are poorly trained and inexperienced. I basically had to walk my preparer through the steps it took to file my returns. He was very slow, disorganized and was unfamiliar with one of the forms all together. After I basically coached the "specialist" through filing my return HR Block had the nerve to charge me! Horrible service, terrible experience, awful customer service. File your return yourself or hire a CPA. I recommend avoiding HR Block at all costs.
