Poor. This place has been around for a long time. It went from good to terrible!! The last time I was there the manicurist had the nerve to demand her tip before she was done with my manicure and before she even begun a pedicure. Because her English was so terrible I had NO idea what she was saying. (I'm a teacher so I completely understand the difficulty with learning new languages. I am flexible with people learning English and have a lot of patience, but honestly - if you are going to work in a particular business and have the audacity to demand money, than one should learn how to say words correctly.) Since I couldn't understand her she spoke to another manicurist and had her yell at me. It was AWFUL. Embarrassing & completely out of line!! On top of that, the manicure and the pedicure was terrible and I felt like the place wasn't very clean.
