Great place to relax on the Bay. While this place is just a touch pricey, it's immaculately clean and has great outdoor seating. The nice granite counters and lcd tvs give the place a classy vibe. They also have tons of outdoor seating where you can sit and enjoy a cigarette with your coffee. The service is fine, I'm not sure what the review below mine is about, just a random bad experience. I will agree that the prices are steep, so that's one star off.

Worst Most DisHonest Service I had ever heard of!. One of my friends had recommended this as a tasty dessert place. This was not the case, the food was decent, just as good as any other half decent russian dessert place, it has a good location as well, but the service was horrible. When one of the younger boys tried taking my order, a woman in her 30s pushed him aside. After taking my order, not only did she overcharge me at least TWICE the price of the food, she additionally cut the piece of cake that I ordered on display into half and gave me only half to serve me. Personally I feel that this is a very disgraceful and dishonest approach to business and wouldn't recommend anyone to have to deal with this. Just to explain the prices speculation... 3 scoops of gelato and HALF of a displayed piece of cake I was charged 15 dollars. To explain the size of the cake ... lengthwise it was 5 inches and circumference wise... it was cut to no more than an inch... meanwhile if you see the display they are offering a much more generous portion.
