Overly priced. I haven't been to the restaurant in a while, about couple of years, and decided to celebrate my birthday with some friends and family. We know this is not a cheap venue however it was apparent the the prices became a bit steep and to add to the injury we were asked to pay additional $3 for fried rice, which is always a part of the price not in addition to the already overpriced meal. In addition, we ordered some drinks and beers and beer cost $5 or $6, which is rediculous. In total we liked the food and enjoyed the dinner. Our chef was done with us very fast in no time and didn't crack the smile once. Will not go back there in another 5 years if ever, for the amount of money spent I'll rather try hibachi in expensive NYC restaurant ....

Hibachi and Sushi on the Bay. Great place. The environment is great. The management is friendly. I advise making reservations if you're going on the weekend. I've been going here for years and it never gets old. There are a few chefs who aren't very enthusiastic and not very theatrical, but the end product is always great food. Good size portions. If you don't want to sit at the grill table, there is seating in the dining hall. There is a small section for the sushi bar as well. The bar is well stocked and they are always willing to put the game on for you.
