My Bosch refrigerator was too warm, so I called Best Service Appliance Repair . They sent over two technicians who told me that the drain was clogged and that prevented the fridge from being cool enough. They managed to clean it out that same day and now my fridge works well again. This guys were really easy to work with. The dispatcher over the phone was really helpful in giving me information about how the repair would work. I was pleased with the level of service I received from this company.

Thanks guys for great service!. I used Best Service Appliance Repair about a year ago to fix my amana refrigerator. My fridge was too warm and I was concerned that my food would spoil so I had contacted them. They couldn’t fix the fridge the same day because they needed to order parts but they managed to make a temporary fix for the week so I wouldn’t be stuck without a fridge. They were really easy to work with and the quality of their repair is great since my fridge is still running perfectly. I remember that they were very customer oriented and tried to be flexible with my schedule. Also, the mechanic was really personable and just generally a good guy. Basically, they were wonderful and I would use them again.

Very professional service. Thanks!. I called BEST SERVICE APPLIANCE REPAIR when the ice maker on my Amana refrigerator stopped working. They sent over their technician, Gary, who is a really nice guy. He clearly had a lot of experience with repairs. He took a look at the machine and told me that I needed to replace the thermostat. He said the thermostat isn’t a common part to replace for the Amana fridges so he would have to order the part for me. It took a little over a week but he came back again and replaced the thermostat and now my icemaker is working perfectly again. Gary was great to work with and I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again if I have issues with any of my other appliances.

Great service. I had a good experience with BEST SERVICE APPLIANCE REPAIR. I called them when my kitchenaid dishwasher started leaking whenever I would run the entire load. They gave me their morning appointment (though morning means 10-1 so that’s not entirely accurate). Anyway, the mechanic came over and took apart the machine. He let me know that my drain hose needed to be replaced and said that he had one with him in his van. My dishwasher works great again now. The mechanic was really polite and quick and efficient with the repair. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Not good. We ended up using Sears.. The technician came the same day, but was not able to reproduce the issue. He charged $49 and told us to call back. We called back next day. The technician told us over the phone, that he researched the error code (diagnostic it wrong) and the repair will cost us between $350 and $500.

I called Sears. They fixed the issue and gave me a One Year warranty for the entire washer for $350.

Thanks a lot for incredible service. I called Best Service Appliance Repair NY when my whirlpool dishwasher stopped working. I had a really good experience with them. They managed to schedule an appointment at a time which was convenient for me (I have a really hectic schedule). The repairman was also very quick and efficient. He told me I would have to replace the pump. He ordered the necessary part and came back and installed it that same week. Everything was quick and painless, I would recommend this company for anyone that needs an appliance repair.

Professionals!. My whirlpool dryer stopped spinning a few weekends ago. I have a young child and constantly need to do the laundry because she keeps on getting herself dirty. I called BEST SERVICE APPLIANCE REPAIR and they came over on the weekend for no additional charge. I could only do an early morning appointment, and they managed to accommodate me. Very good repair service.

Really the BEST appliance repair company. I have four kids and for some reason they love playing in the basement right by my washing machine. After slamming the lid hundreds of times on my Maytag washing machine, something happened and my machine wouldn’t start the cycle. So I called Best Service Appliance Repair and the repair guy Gary came over and explained to me that the lid switch snapped. He replaced for me and now my machine works great again. I would definitely use this company again!

Amazing service!. The ice maker in my GE profile fridge stopped working. I live in Williamsburg and called Best Service Appliance Repair. They gave me an appointment the day I called. The repairman came over, ordered me the parts I needed and everything was in working order in a few days. This company was quick and efficient and I really appreciate it.

**STAY AWAY** RIP OFF --- NO EXPERIENCE**. **AVOID AT ALL COST** My LG washing machine stopped working with "tE" code. I called them and they said they support LG and can fix it. When the tech "Max" got here, he had no idea and could not fix it and he said this is all computerized. I mentioned to him that LG states the "tE" code means there is an issue with the heating element and then said he needs to order the part. I had to pay $70 just for them to stop by, and he quoted me $120 labor to fix and said they will call me a couple of days later about the part. I did not hear from them after a couple of days and kept trying to call the next 4 days to get an update. After the 5th day someone gave me an update and then said it will cost $260 to fix. Now I don't know what to do...its half the cost of my washer and I'm not even sure if they can fix it. WHAT A RIP OFF! STAY AWAY.. they have NO CLUE!
