What a Scam!

Money issue aside, here's what happened: I tried on a sample dress off the floor which I loved. The girls at the store told me sample dresses are not for sale and they will order a new one which should come in 2 months. Two months later I come in to try on theis "new" dress. No doubt about it it was the same sample dress I tried on before. I confronted them and they just kept telling me their lies that it was a new dress. How did I know it was the same sample dress? B/c it had a lipstick stain on the inside. And their excuse for the lipstick stain on the "new" dress was - these dresses are handmade the stain was placed there when the dress was made. OMG!! If i wanted a sample dress I would have bought that sample dress. Not only did they overcharge me, they are liars, and they wasted 2 months of my time as they made me wait for the stupid dress! I have never ever been treated so badly as a customer as I have been when I went to this store. WHAT A SCAM!

Went here on a fluke and went back after going to many places in the city. Even though the dress my daughter fell in love with was above her budget, Liliana gave us a great deal and the dress is hers at a price we can live with. Everyone was very nice and not rude or cold at all. The place is stunning if that is important to you. We just were concerned with the dress and getting alterations made to have it look as she wanted. It was an overall pleasant and accomodating experience.
- Pros: Met our budget, very nice and helpful staff, beautiful dress
- Cons: none so far

this store was the most stunning and beautiful place I have ever seen! the best part was that the dresses inside were even more beautiful! I was helped by a wonderful sales person that helped me for over 2 hours to find the most perfect dress! They really made me look like a princess!!!
