NO NO NO DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They will book your trip and take your money after that they are done. They wash there hands of you. If any issues arise they want YOU to call overseas offices and take care of problems. Better book tour yourself. Also constant unwanted surprises through out the trip. They are just not honest.
3 Day trip to Niagara Falls with New-Tours travel agency was terrible. Instead of promised bus with comfortable seats, toilet and other conditions, agency provided 15 seats van. Distance from NYC to Niagara Falls is 400 miles, but it took 13 hours to rich that destination. Tour had pour organization and scheduling. Trip was unsafe. Administration completely failed their responsibilities and got lost when hurricane Sandy came. Only because of professional Van driver, who handled this situation and found safe place for passengers we avoided terrible accident. I would not recommend to anybody to travel with New-Tours agency, which main office is located on Brighton Beach Ave.
DON"T GO THERE< THEY" SUCK!.
I've purchased a tour for my mom to go to Canada. The tour was fine, but on a way back, mom was supposed to come back to Brooklyn, NY where I was supposed to pick her up. The bus was supposed to arrived betwen 5pm-7pm/ Mom called me at 7pm on her way back to tell me that bus is still in Canada stucked and the bus driver refused to communicate with anyone. I called many times, but was not able to speak with the driver trying to find out the reason why the bus was coming late and when it is coming? The bus dropped my mother (76 years old women next to the Grand Station instead of Brooklyn at 2am). Mom with the suitcase was standing (there are no places to sit) and crying as she had to somehow make it home to Connecticuit.
She was standing there until 6am (GrandStation is closed until 6am.) Mom was standing next to the prostitutes and drunk guys, shaking up and finnaly upon arriving back to CT - she was admitted to the hospital.
THE AGENCY FAILED To communicate with the family member, fail to place person to the nearest Hotel as bus was out of schedule with 6 hours delay).
TERRIBLE SERVICE ) WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE
I had a chance. ... to experience everything and beyond of what negative reviews have described on here. It is so true, and I am very sorry for all of us who needed to witness the weirdest and uncivil service and attitude for the hard earned money during our – also earned –vacations. What I want to say: there are so many English speaking travel agencies in New York city with the solid reputations. Just do your own research on the internet and ask your co-workers Americans. In every business which offers services mistakes or inaccuracies may happen; however, there is a guarantee that you will not be humiliated by their tour guides as new tours’ employees do. Just wondering: does the owner or whoever runs this agency really thinks that someone will believe in the positive reviews been posted on here? Oh, well, when a business owner offers fake service, then you should expect fake positive reviews as well.

Why does the guide demand the additional $5 TIPS from each person of the group in the end of any trip?!?!?!

4-day tour to Cape Cod.
I reserved a 4-day trip to Cape Cod in mid of July for September 1. On the first week of August, Dmitriy - New Tour's employee, called me and asked me to leave a deposit or pay in full. I told him that I would pay on Wednesday, August 10, which I did. On Monday, August 29, a lady from this agency called me and asked if I preferred to share a room with another lady - I paid for single occupancy - I refused. On the same day, I called the hotel which was listed on new tours web-site and where we supposed to stay to find out if I would have lodging in a single room. This was OK. On Tuesday, August 30, Ada, new tours agent, called me after 8PM and left a message on my cell. New Tours office is open till 7PM on weekdays. I returned her call on Wednesday, August 31, at 8AM and she told me they did not have enough people for big bus and I would travel small bus for 16 people or I could switch my trip for Saturday. I told her that I already took days off and they should notified me ahead of time - plus they already made the reservation at the hotel. I told Ada that I did not want to travel in the small bus due to motion sickness. Ada called me at 10AM on Wednesday and tried to convince me to have other tour or have this tour on another day - which was not possible since Tuesday, September 6 was a workday. Ada told me that she had a sick father and because of me she went to work. When I asked her why I was not notified about the bus size on Monday when someone called me about the room, she replied that they cannot provide such info otherwise their boss would fire them. I asked Ada if this bus has a luggage department and she told that she did not know and she needed to find out. I called her around 12PM on the same day and she told me that they would find a space to put my luggage. When I asked what about the luggage of 15 other people, she did not reply. Ada told me that she would call me in 1230 with more info. She did call me. She tried to promise me that she personally would sit me in the bus, without consideration that she would not be able to do so, bus was leaving at 6:45 AM and I my bus pick-up place was not Brighton Beach. I told her that I would cancel my trip and take the money. At 1PM after I told Ada about my decision, Mila - another employee called me and asked me if I want to switch my trip to another day and she also gave me the news about small bus.
I went to this agency on Wednesday, August 31, and was managed to get my money back.
Horrible Service...Luck of Knowledge.
We were very disappointed by two-day tour to Niagara Falls. Of course, I don't mean Niagara Falls itself, because this is absolutely beautiful scenery! However, the service is way below North American standards. First of all, it took driver 12 hours to get to Niagara Falls! Seriously? 400 miles with 65 miles limit? NO traffic on the highway!!! Should've taken 7 hours...the same as promised on New Tours website.
The second, the tour-guide (Irina) was so unprofessional and had luck of knowledge regarding this excursion. The other lady, Galina, is no better. She asked us how was the tour and when we answered that we were not happy with really long drive; reply was, ?What did you expect? You had nothing else to do in any way". Really? Is that how you talk to people? They stole tourists' time to enjoy the Falls. I guess, it is normal practice for this company.
My family planned to take 3 more tours with New Tours within next couple weeks and, perhaps, in the nearest future. However, after this horrible experience, we will never use their service again...will NEVER advise to use their company to many of my friends. I am glad I paid only for one tour and didn't book others in advance.
There is so much room for the improvement in their customer service!!! And perhaps, they should send their tour-guide to learn a little bit more of history at list in the area of the tour she is providing.

Совершили 2 тура с New Tours - однодневная экскурсия по Нью Йорку осенью 2010, ожидания от которой, основываясь на описании предоставленном компанией, мягко говоря, не оправдались. Наверное, не повезло с экскурсоводом, подумали мы тогда. И вот, решились попробовать еще раз - только что вернулись из 4-х дневного тура по Канаде. "Приключения" начались еще до отъезда, когда накануне нам позвонили и сообщили, что из-за того, что не набралось достаточного количества туристов, они объединят 2 тура - 4-х и 6-ти дневный (???!!) Нам был предоставлен "выбор" - либо соглашаться на 6-ти дневный тур, либо по истечении положенного срока за нами приедет автобус. Понятное дело, менять планы в последнюю минуту для работающего человека - удовольствие непозволительное, и нам пришлось согласиться на план "Б". И все бы ничего, что-то понравилось, что-то нет, но что возмутило до глубины души и заставило "взяться за перо" - это с какой легкостью компания в целях экономии денег идет на ПРЕСТУПЛЕНИЕ, рискуя жизнями сотрудников и клиентов. Бедный водитель, чтобы забрать нас из Канады, выехал из Нью Йорка в 4 утра, в Канаде у него была передышка не больше часа и сразу же - в обратный путь. Вернулись мы в Нью Йорк в 12 ночи, вот и получается, что ВОДИТЕЛЬ БЫЛ ЗА РУЛЕМ 20 ЧАСОВ БЕЗ ОТДЫХА!!!! ЭТО ЧУДОВИЩНО!!! Я уже молчу о таких "мелочах", как комфорт. Этот обратный путь в небольшом вэне, где так тесно и укачивает, нам пришлось проделать практически без остановок (не считая пару заправок), что полностью перечеркнуло все немногие положительные моменты от поездки.
Стоит ли говорить о том, порекомендую ли я кому-нибудь эту компанию? По моему глубокому убеждению ЕЕ РУКОВОДСТВО НАДО СУДИТЬ ЗА ТАКИЕ ДЕЙСТВИЯ!
Hi ! lately i had traveled to Florida by the company of New Tours ,it was unbelievable tour for me to Florida because the Company member the name of Zafar had provided us with a full of information about the tour and about Florida ,actually in short i want to say that i was satisfied with the New tours service, they just did a great job and i'm happy for this company ,and also i can surely recommend to other people who wants to travel to choose this company i'm sure they will be satisfied of that them,
