1st Prenatal Massage. Today I had my 1st prenatal massage with Lori at natural Balanace. All I can say is "I cant wait to go back" Lori was amazing, the most heavenly experience I ever had. I plan to use Lori for the duration of my pregnancy, I left there feeling more relaxed than Ive ever been and my body felt great.

best massage. I have been going to Natural Balance for over 15 yrs. It is without a doubt one of the best places for massage that you can go to. The place is kept in immaculate condition, with the most highly trained therapists in the field and a hands-on owner / mentor that is second to none. They offer a full salon/spa menu and their pricing is very reasonable. They offer a variety of specials and discount offers to make it an affordable and satisfying experience.

Best Spa in Brooklyn!. Natural Balance is by far the best spa in Brooklyn, possibly in all five boroughs, in my opinion, as I've tried many over my lifetime, east to west, north to south! You walk in and you feel like you've transcended into a state of serenity and wholesome tranquility. I have been going to the same massage therapist Teresa Urban for years and she is truly a master in her field! I love the hot stone massage especially! I highly recommend Natural Balance for their hospitable staff and feng shui environment and especially Teresa Urban who will make you feel like you're walking on clouds!!! A++++!!!

Best Place in Brooklyn to relax...... I have been going to Natural Balance for years. I started off with the yoga classes, then started my sugaring experience, much much better than waxing! I have brought my daughter there for numerous facial treatments. I taken pilates classes and have attended the meditation classes also. I had a great experience with Lauren and the seaweed wrap, it was very refreshing and rejuvenating. The staff is great, very knowledgeable, and sincere. Tamara and Rosalie are a great asset to Natural Balance.

Sest spa in Bklyn. I have been going to this spa for years....I had the best massage ever by Vincent... He is a miracle worker, he knows exactly whats aching. .The staff is friendly and attentive....I highly reccomend Natural Balance to all my friends.....Ralph is also wonderful..The place is so peaceful and relaxing. I am always extremely pleased every time I go there....but I just wanted to recognize Vincent, hes the BEST!

Changed my life!. I started going to Natural Balance for facials a few months ago with Tamara, which did wonders for my skin. Tamara then introduced me to Victoria, who I go to for Thai massages, which I would reccomend to anyone and everyone. These massages did more for me than any medicine ever could, and they have truly changed my life. The manager, Linda, is a very kind-hearted individual who does everything in her power to help. What I appreciate the most about Natural Balance is that when I walk in, I walk in to a small business run by individuals who care about the well-being of others. I am a very, very satisfied customer and this wellness center truly deserves all the credit in the world for what they do.

Wonderful addition to Marine Park. Natural Balance is a very welcoming place with comfortable and attractive design and a large selection of fine products.

I have to give a personal recommendation and thanks to Victoria for her thorough knowledge of muscles, tendons, joints and connections as well as her professional and friendly manner and the way she put me at ease right away.

The Thai massage is working wonders for a troublesome shoulder and leaves me feeling great all over. Try them!

The best massage I've ever had!. Ralph has the lightest touch, but he WORKS out all of the kinks. He manages to massage very deeply without disrupting the zen of your experience. As a former dancer, I've had different types of massages for muscle strain, etc. Working two jobs, I tend to carry lots of stress in my body. Ralph really kneads all of your rough patches while maintaining the relaxing, restful experience that a massage should be. I am not going to any other masseuse. The train to the bus ride is well worth it!

Wonderful Spa in Brooklyn. I come here for my monthly facials and i always get Tamara. she is just the best. So sweet and really takes her time. the actual spa is a little small but very home like.

I recommend Natural Balance Massage. For the last few years I've been a customer of Natural Balance and I recommend them.

One of the first things that caught my eye about Natural Balance is the cleanliness of the place. It's immaculate. I also enjoy the Asian inspired decor which is simple and minimalist - not fussy or overdone.

I've had a variety of services there, but my favorite is the Natural Balance Signature Massage. I recommend massage therapist Vinny - he's professional, friendly and will tailor the massage to address your specific concerns and needs (e.g. tight muscles, stiff neck, sore calves, etc.). Or if you just want a simple relaxation massage with moderate pressure, he'll accommodate you with that as well.

Another thing I appreciate about Vinny is that he always gives you a massage for exactly the amount of time you paid for. I've been to other spas and therapists that shortchange you massage time (e.g. a massage advertised for 1 hr. only ends up being 50 or 55 minutes long). As long as you arrive on time for your appt., you will not have that problem with Vinny.

In general, I recommend Natural Balance for their massages - I've had the Hot Stone massage, which is soothing in the winter and makes you feel utterly relaxed, as well as Aromatherapy massage, Couples massage and the Hand, Foot and Scalp Treatment, which leaves your hands and feet soft to the touch (and is also good in the winter). Next on my list of massages to try is Shiatsu.

I wish they had a sauna/steam room, but overall I'm pleased with their services and accommodating staff.
