Best Spa in Brooklyn!. Natural Balance is by far the best spa in Brooklyn, possibly in all five boroughs, in my opinion, as I've tried many over my lifetime, east to west, north to south! You walk in and you feel like you've transcended into a state of serenity and wholesome tranquility. I have been going to the same massage therapist Teresa Urban for years and she is truly a master in her field! I love the hot stone massage especially! Best Place in Brooklyn to relax...... I have been going to Natural Balance for years. I started off with the yoga classes, then started my sugaring experience, much much better than waxing! I have brought my daughter there for numerous facial treatments. I taken pilates classes and have attended the meditation classes also.
